Tim Jordan (born June 15, 1984) of Plainfield, CT, is a race car driver in the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series.
Jordan began racing at the age of 17 in Mini Stocks at the rainbow Speedbowl. He raced from 2002 to 2004, earning Rookie of the Year in 2002, and second overall in points in 2003 and 2004. He won a division-leading five races in 2004. In 2005, Jordan took a season off so his race team, Jordan Racing (owned by Patrick and Debra Jordan, Jordan's parents), could financially prepare for moving up to Late Models in 2006.
Jordan, a 2006 rookie, won his first race in his fifth career start. In 2006, he won seven races, had 14 top-five finishes and 16 top-ten finishes in 19 races. He won Rookie of the Year and the divisional championship. He was the first rookie Late Model driver in the division's 35-year history to win a Track Championship. In a scaled back 2007 season, Jordan won five races in 17 starts at Waterford. In 2008, Jordan finished second overall in points with three wins, 16 top-five finishes and 19 top-ten finishes in 20 events.
Jordan would continue racing Late Models full-time at the Waterford Speedbowl in 2009.
Jordan is a third-generation racer. His grandfather, Ron "Sly" Fox, raced in the late 1970s at Waterford in Super Stocks and Modifieds. His uncle, Tom Fox, has raced in Late Models, Modifieds, the Busch Grand National East Series, and the Whelen Modified Tour.
Jordan graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University in May 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Art and Design. He currently works as a graphic designer.

He also currently competes part-time in the SMART Modified Tour, driving the No. 18L for Hermie Sadler and Bill Stanley. Labonte is the 2000 NASCAR Cup Series champion. He and his older brother, Terry Labonte, are one of only two pairs of brothers to have both won the Cup championships. He is also the uncle of former Xfinity Series race winner Justin Labonte.

The NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour (NWMT) is a modified stock car racing series owned and operated by NASCAR in the Modified Division. The Modified Division is NASCAR's oldest division, and is the only open-wheeled division that NASCAR sanctions. NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour events are mainly held in the northeastern United States, but the 2007 and 2008 tours expanded to the Midwest with the addition of a race in Mansfield, Ohio. The tour races primarily on short oval paved tracks, but the NWMT also has made appearances at larger ovals and road courses.

The series began in 1989, NASCAR took over the series in 2005. During it's time as a NASCAR sanctioned series it followed identical regulations to the Northern NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour.

He is best known for competing in NASCAR's Whelen Modified Tour, where he has over 40 victories and a championship in 2008. He was also well known for his success on the 1.058 mile New Hampshire Motor Speedway where Christopher has won five Camping World East Series events and 5 Whelen Modified Tour events.

The New London-Waterford Speedbowl is a 3/8 mile asphalt oval race track located on CT 85 in Waterford, Connecticut, just off Interstate 395. It first opened for business on April 15, 1951, as "The New London-Waterford Speed Bowl", the track has been in continuous operation every season since it initially opened. It has continuously promoted Modified stock car racing as its featured division since its first year of operation. It also holds family-oriented events such as the Wild N' Wacky Wednesday Series, Friday Show & Go drag racing and several Sunday Spectacular events throughout the year. Glastonbury businessman Bruce Bemer, won the track property via foreclosure auction bid in October 2014 after several seasons of financial struggles under former owner Terry Eames. Sean Foster was named the track's General Manager in July 2022.
