Galina Knaus (born 14 March 1981) is a German female volleyball player. She was part of the Germany women's national volleyball team.
The Germany women's national volleyball team is the national volleyball team of Germany. It is governed by the Deutscher Volleyball-Verband (DVV).
She participated in the 2004 FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix. On club level she played for Schweriner SC in 2004. [1]
The FIVB World Grand Prix 2004 was the twelfth edition of the annual women's volleyball tournament, which is the female equivalent of the Men's Volleyball World League. The 2004 edition was played by twelve countries from July 9 to August 1, 2004, with the final round held in Reggio Calabria, Italy. Hosts Italy and the top five ranked teams after the preliminary rounds qualified for the last round.
Schweriner SC, also known as SSC Schwerin, is a German sports club based in Schwerin, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. It is mostly known for its women's volleyball department which plays in the German Volleyball League having won it many times.
