Trevor Tanner (born December 30, 1962) is a British musician and composer, best known as the singer and guitarist of post-punk/gothic rock band the Bolshoi during the 1980s. He now has a solo career via Emperor Penguin Recordings.
Trevor Tanner, working closely with Emperor Penguin Recordings' (EPR) Creative Director David Paul Wyatt Perko, has been slowly releasing solo recordings. Tanner's first release on Emperor Penguin Recordings was an elaborate 3-CD boxed-set (the three volumes are also available individually) entitled Bullish, Bellyache & Belch, which was released in 2004. The set consists of 41 songs in total, which were hand-picked by Perko out of a pool of well over a hundred Tanner works-in-progress.
Tanner's fourth release on Emperor Penguin Recordings, a 16-track work entitled Eaten by the Sea, became available for digital download on iTunes on 11 March 2008. The CD was released on 20 May 2008.
Trevor Tanner, via Emperor Penguin Recordings, released an iTunes Digital 45, entitled The Ballad of Edgar Allan Poe on 13 July 2011.
On 31 August 2011, Tanner's fifth solo album, Musical Charlatan became available. Musical Charlatan was a grassroots, self-release and not associated with Emperor Penguin Recordings.
After the release of the Bolshoi's Lindy's Party, the Bolshoi recorded a fourth album, but problems with their record label management impeded its release, and they disbanded as the 1980s drew to a close. The previously unreleased fourth album, titled Country Life, had been lost for years but has now been resurrected by Beggars Banquet with extensive help from Tanner's current record label-head and Creative Director, David Paul Wyatt Perko. This new release is now available as one of five CDs in Beggar's 5-CD box set, put out via Beggar's imprint, The Arkive.
Tanner then began working on a follow-up to Beggar's 5-CD box set, creating an all-acoustic project titled Trevor Tanner's the Bolshoi Favourites No. 1, which was released on CD and double vinyl by Tanner's label, Emperor Penguin Recordings' (EPR), on 6 September 2016.
He is currently working on a new project with the keyboardist from The Bolshoi, Paul Clark, tentatively titled, The Bolshoi Brothers.

The Complete Live at the Plugged Nickel 1965 is a live box set of the Miles Davis Quintet, recorded on December 22 and 23, 1965. First released in Japan in March 1992 by Sony Records as a 7 disc set, it was re-released on Legacy Records in July 1995 as an 8 disc set. In conjunction with Legacy, Mosaic Records released a 10 LP set. It was re-released as an SA-CD Box in October 2023 in a limited edition of 1500 by Sony Japan for Tower Records Japan. It comprises recordings of seven performance sets over the two nights by the second great Davis quintet at the now-defunct Plugged Nickel nightclub in Chicago. A single-disc sampler, Highlights from the Plugged Nickel was released by Legacy on November 14, 1995, and was reissued on February 1, 2008.

Recoil is a musical project created by English musician and former Depeche Mode member Alan Wilder. Essentially a solo venture, Recoil began whilst Wilder was still in Depeche Mode as an outlet for his experimental, less pop-oriented compositions. Some Friendly is the debut studio album of British rock band the Charlatans that was released on 8 October 1990 through Beggars Banquet Records imprint Situation Two. After forming in 1988, the band went through line-up changes before settling on vocalist Tim Burgess, guitarist John Baker, bassist Martin Blunt, keyboardist Rob Collins and drummer Jon Brookes. The band wrote material at a prolific rate and released their debut single "Indian Rope" in early 1990. Soon afterwards, they signed to Beggars Banquet and began recording their debut album. Between March and August 1990, sessions took place with producer Chris Nagle at Strawberry Studios in Stockport and The Windings in Wrexham. Some Friendly is considered an acid-pop, baggy and dance-pop album that draws influence from The Beatles' psychedelic period.

Exclusively for My Friends is a series of originally six albums for the MPS label by Canadian jazz pianist Oscar Peterson. The album tracks were recorded live by Hans Georg Brunner-Schwer for MPS on the occasion of private concerts with a small audience in his home studio. The albums have been collected in different box sets over the years.
The 40th Anniversary Henry Cow Box Set is a nine-CD plus one-DVD limited edition box set by English avant-rock group Henry Cow, and was released by RēR Megacorp in January 2009. It consists of almost 10 hours of previously unreleased recordings made between 1972 and 1978 from concerts, radio broadcasts, one-off projects, events and the studio. Included are new compositions, over four hours of free improvisation, and live performances of some of Henry Cow's original LP repertoire.
The Complete Mozart Edition is a 180-CD collection released in 1990–91 featuring all works by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart assembled by Philips Classics Records to commemorate the bicentenary of the death of Mozart. It has been re-released in 2000 in a modified version as the Complete Compact Mozart Edition.
"Bellyache" is a song by American singer Billie Eilish from her debut EP, Don't Smile at Me (2017). The song was released as the EP's second single on February 24, 2017, through Darkroom and Interscope Records. It was written by Eilish and Finneas O'Connell, with production being handled by the latter. A midtempo electropop, R&B, and alternative hip hop song, it has hip hop, deep house and Latin macabre influences. Lyrically, the song is written from the perspective of a psychopathic murderer. A remix by Marian Hill was released on May 5, 2017. The song received mainly positive reviews from music critics, several of whom praised the production and lyrics.
