History
ABC Radio launched this format in late 1998 known as "Memories"; its slogan and second branding was "Unforgettable Favorites". Many American radio stations began using this feed, including ABC owned & operated KMEO 96.7 FM (now Cumulus-owned KTCK-FM) in Flower Mound, Texas. Another station that used the "Memories / Unforgettable Favorites" audio feed was KMMZ 96.9 FM, "Memories 96.9", now KQOB, broadcasting to the Oklahoma City metropolitan area and the Enid, Oklahoma area. KMMZ dropped Unforgettable Favorites in November 2002 and became a country music station. 2003 through 2005 proved to be a decline of "Memories" as some stations switched formats.
In the Summer of 2006, "Unforgettable Favorites" was discontinued and then merged into the adult standards format "Timeless Classics" and used the new branding "Timeless Favorites" up until a year later when it rebranded itself as simply "Timeless"--about the same time Citadel Broadcasting took control of ABC Radio (Citadel Media since April 2009 and Cumulus Media Networks since September 2011). "Timeless" ended February 15, 2010.
The station's satellite position was taken by The Christmas Channel, a seasonal channel. Unforgettable Favorites was, prior to the merger, switched over to Christmas music during the holiday season each year until Cumulus Media's merger of CMN and Westwood One in 2014.
Cumulus Media Networks was an American radio network owned and operated by Cumulus Media. From 2011 until its merger with Westwood One, it controlled many of the radio assets formerly belonging to the American Broadcasting Company (ABC), which was broken up in 2007; Cumulus owned the portion of the network that was purchased by Citadel Broadcasting that year.
WLVW – branded as K-Love – is a non-commercial Christian adult contemporary radio station licensed to serve Washington, D.C. Owned and operated by the Educational Media Foundation, WLVW does not broadcast any local programming, functioning as the Washington metropolitan area network affiliate for K-Love. The station's transmitter resides in the district's northwest quadrant. In addition to a standard analog transmission, WLVW is available online; the station also broadcasts in the HD Radio format.

Citadel owned 243 radio stations across the United States and was the third-largest radio station owner in the country. Just prior to Citadel's merger with Cumulus, only Clear Channel Communications and Cumulus Media owned more stations.

KTCK-FM is a commercial radio station licensed to Flower Mound, Texas, and serving the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. It simulcasts a sports radio format, along with sister station KTCK. KTCK-AM-FM are owned by Cumulus Media with studios on East Lamar Boulevard in Arlington. Weekdays feature local Dallas-based sports shows, while Fox Sports Radio is heard late nights and weekends. KTCK-AM-FM are the flagship stations for the Dallas Stars Radio Network.
Scott Shannon's True Oldies Channel is a radio network begun in the spring of 2004. Originally distributed by ABC Radio Networks via satellite, the service plays a hybrid oldies/classic hits format comprising music mostly from 1964 to 1979 but also plays selected cuts from the 1955-1963 era and also from the 1980s. As of September 22, 2016, it is distributed via United Stations Radio Networks.
Hits & Favorites, also known as ABC AC, was a 24-hour music format produced by Cumulus Media Networks. ABC AC combined a highly researched Adult Contemporary music mix targeted to women aged 25–49.
Best Country Today was one of the 24-hour live formats produced by Cumulus Media Networks. It is designed to appeal to a wide range of listeners, concentrating on a younger audience than would generally listen to traditional Country stations. It is one of two country formats produced by Cumulus, the other being Real Country, which skews toward older listeners.
The Last Bastion Station Trust, LLC is a privately owned trust company that temporarily owns 2 radio stations previously owned by Citadel Broadcasting. Citadel absorbed ABC Radio as well as 22 radio stations on June 12, 2007 from The Walt Disney Company, which made Citadel Broadcasting the 3rd-largest radio company in the United States prior to the 2011 acquisition by Cumulus Media. However, in order to comply with the FCC ownership limitations, Citadel transferred 12 of its radio stations.
WXLA is a commercial AM radio station licensed to Dimondale, a suburb of Lansing, Michigan. It is owned by MacDonald Broadcasting and airs a soft adult contemporary radio format. It uses the branding "Easy 93.3". The dial position refers to WXLA's FM translator, W227DO at 93.3 MHz in Lansing.
Timeless was a 24-hour satellite music service of Citadel Media. It has distributed a mix of soft oldies and adult standards to radio stations around the United States. It was a combination of two former formats: gold-based adult contemporary Unforgettable Favorites and adult standards Timeless Classics/Timeless Favorites. Since 2007, it was simply known as "Timeless", still using the "Timeless Favorites" branding sparingly.
WHOM is an American radio station which airs an adult contemporary radio format. WHOM is owned by Townsquare Media and transmits from atop Mount Washington in New Hampshire, its community of license. Mount Washington is the tallest peak in the Northeast.
WIWF is a commercial radio station in Charleston, South Carolina, broadcasting to the Lowcountry area South Carolina. It is owned by Cumulus Media and airs a classic hits radio format branded as "96.9 The Wolf." The syndicated John Boy & Billy show, from Premiere Networks, is heard weekday mornings on WIWF, with local DJs heard the rest of the day.
America's Best Music is the on-air branding of a soft oldies and adult standards 24-hour radio network, formerly known as AM Only. The service is syndicated by Westwood One, a subsidiary of Cumulus Media. It was one of the original Transtar Radio Networks formats. Despite its old name of AM Only, "America's Best Music" is no longer exclusive to AM stations and is carried on some FM stations.

The Christmas Channel was a property of Cumulus Media Networks and was active from the day before Thanksgiving Day through Christmas Day.
