The 2008–09 RBS Twenty-20 Cup was the fourth season of the RBS Twenty-20 Cup in Pakistan, sponsored by Royal Bank of Scotland. It was held in Lahore from 4 to 8 October 2008. The Sialkot Stallions won their third overall and consecutive title by defeating the Karachi Dolphins in the final. Arshad Sharif was a Pakistani journalist, writer, and news anchor. He specialized in investigative journalism and covered many political events in the country for national and international news organisations. On 23 March 2019, he was awarded the Pride of Performance by the President of Pakistan Arif Alvi, for his contribution to journalism. He was shot and killed by police in Kenya on 22 October 2022. A 592-page report by the Pakistani Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) revealed the killing to be a “planned targeted assassination," claiming that Kenyan police were "used as instruments." He was an outspoken critic of the Pakistani army.
Usman Arshad is an English cricketer who played for Durham and Leicestershire County Cricket Clubs. He is a right-arm medium-fast bowler who also bats right-handed. He made his first-class debut for the county in August 2013 against Surrey.
