Vlado Kotur (born 28 November 1958) is a former Bosnian-Herzegovinian footballer and current coach.
As a player, Kotur played for Borac Banja Luka and NK Rijeka.

Fudbalski klub Borac Kozarska Dubica is a Bosnian football club from the city of Kozarska Dubica, Republika Srpska. They have played in the First League of the Republika Srpska in season 1996–97, but were relegated to the Second League of the Republika Srpska in 1997 as a result of merger of East and West division of First League. In 2004, they were relegated to the Regional League. After many years of playing in regional and local leagues, in 2014 they were promoted back to the Second League, the 3rd level league competition in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
