Lance Anoa'i is the current champion in his second reign, he beat Bo Nekoda on July 12, 2015 at a WXW house show for the championship. The title was created and debuted on October 11, 1998, at a MCW live event. In 2003, MCW ceased operations; at its last show MCW Last Dance on July 16, the MCW Heavyweight Championship was unified with the FTW Heavyweight and the MEWF Heavyweight Championships, when then–MCW Heavyweight Champion Danny Doring defeated MEWF Heavyweight Champion Romeo Valentino and FTW Heavyweight Champion Chris Chetti. MCW reopened in 2005 and held its first show on October 1, 2005, titled Fort Meade Wrestling. The International Junior Heavyweight Championship is a professional wrestling championship in Japanese promotion Pro Wrestling Zero1, contested exclusively among junior heavyweight wrestlers. It was originally created on June 29, 2002, as the NWA/UPW/Zero-One International Junior Heavyweight Championship, symbolizing Pro Wrestling Zero-One (Zero-One)'s relationship with the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) and Ultimate Pro Wrestling (UPW); Leonardo Spanky defeated Smelly to become the first champion. When Zero-One left the NWA on October 31, 2004, the title was renamed to incorporate Steve Corino's Pro Wrestling World-1 (Word-1), becoming the Zero-One/UPW/World-1 International Junior Heavyweight Championship. It was created in 1996 as the WSWF Heavyweight Championship under WXW's original name, the World Star Wrestling Federation. The promotion renamed to its current name in 1998, and the title followed suit. The title history prior to January 10, 1997 is unknown, but there are 43 recognized known champions with a total of 69 title reigns.

The WXW Women's Championship is the top women's professional wrestling title in the World Xtreme Wrestling promotion. It was created in 1996 as the WSWF Women's Championship under WXW's original name, the World Star Wrestling Federation. The promotion was renamed to its current name in 1998. Zoltan Nagy is a retired American professional wrestler, known by his ring name The Hungarian Barbarian, who has competed in North American independent promotions including the Hardway Wrestling, National Championship Wrestling, the National Wrestling Alliance and World Xtreme Wrestling. He was also a regular tag team partner of "Dirty Deeds" Darren Wyse, both being longtime mainstays of NCW, and is the first and only wrestler to win the promotion's heavyweight, hardcore and tag team titles.
