Richland County is a county in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. As of the 2010 census, the population was 18,021. Its county seat is Richland Center. The county was created from the Wisconsin Territory in 1842 and organized in 1850. It is named for the high quality of its soil. Some rural areas in the county have their power provided by the Richland Electric Cooperative.

Westford Academy is the sole public high school for the town of Westford, Massachusetts. It was incorporated in 1792 and is one of the oldest public high schools in the United States. Westford Academy was originally established as a private school, but was changed to a public school in 1928. Westford maintained the name "Academy" as it maintained the board of trustees to allow students to continue being eligible to receive scholarships established by Westford Academy trustees.

Charles Herrick was an American farmer and banker who represented Racine County in the Wisconsin State Senate during the 1874 session. He was elected as a Liberal Republican.

Charles Henry Williams was a member of the Wisconsin State Senate. He represented the 13th District from 1877 to 1878. Other positions he held include Supervisor of Westford, Dodge County, Wisconsin. Williams was a Democrat and was a farmer. In 1869 in Fox Lake, Wisconsin, Williams married Mary Elizabeth Wallace (1848–1916), with whom he raised eleven children.
