Wijnand Ott (born 12 October 1955) is a Dutch musician.
In 1980, Ott joined Diesel as a replacement for Frank Papendrecht. He had taken up a career as a bassist only recently before that (switching from guitar) and despite his shy demeanour, he was a quality bassist.
In 1984 he left the band just before its demise around a year later.
Today Ott works in television.

Crimpshrine was an American punk rock band from Berkeley, California. The group was formed in 1982 by Aaron Cometbus, founder of the seminal punk rock zine Cometbus, and future Operation Ivy vocalist Jesse Michaels. They grew out of the East Bay scene, centered on 924 Gilman Street, and had an important influence on later East Bay bands such as Operation Ivy, Green Day and punk rock in general.

Lucky is a 1999 album by the punk band Fifteen, named after local musician Rich "Lucky Dog" Gargano, who had recently committed suicide. The album was filled with political songs, most notably ones like "Stolen Life", where singer/songwriter Jeff Ott takes an anti-police stance, and "My Congressman" and "War On Drugs", which criticize the government for hurting drug addicts and non-violent drug users and accusing politicians for using them as a scapegoat and an excuse for "genocidal" campaigns. Drugs would later become Jeff Ott's main focus as an activist, having been a drug addict for most of his life.

The 103rd Grey Cup was a Canadian football game that was played on November 29, 2015 between the East Division champion Ottawa Redblacks and the West Division champion Edmonton Eskimos to decide the Canadian Football League (CFL) championship for the 2015 season. The game was played at Investors Group Field in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Shaw Communications was the presenting sponsor of the game; it was the first time in CFL history that the Grey Cup had been sponsored. The Eskimos won the contest 26–20 to claim their 14th Grey Cup championship in franchise history and first since 2005. Mike Reilly was named Most Valuable Player and Shamawd Chambers received the Dick Suderman Trophy as Most Valuable Canadian. It was the Eskimos' first Grey Cup win that did not involve Hugh Campbell in any capacity with the organization since the 1975 Grey Cup. This was Edmonton's last Grey Cup under the "Eskimos" name before the team name was changed to the Edmonton Elks in 2020.
Quit Talkin' Claude... is the final studio release by the Berkeley, California-based punk rock band Crimpshrine. It was released in April 1989, a month before the band's break-up, through Lookout Records with the catalog number LK 015. The EP showed a change in sound for the band, featuring longer songs, more personal lyrics and psychedelic influence in the guitar work. Many of the musical elements on the EP would be featured in the band members' later projects, including Fifteen, Pinhead Gunpowder and Cleveland Bound Death Sentence.
