A comedy about a robot. [5] According to ABC Weekly:

Professor Norman Carver invents a robot which can do all manner of useful things about the house. Should the professor and his wife require early morning tea, Wilbur, the robot, will make it. Should the dog have to be exercised or should the professor’s children demand a bedtime story, then Wilbur will oblige. The professor has much more time now for his experiments, but complications arise when he finds that the robot is supplanting him in the family’s affection. [6]
