Willie Parker (born 1980) is an American football player.

Willie David Parker is a former American football defensive tackle who played four seasons with the Houston Oilers of the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Oilers in the fifth round of the 1967 NFL Draft. Parker played college football at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and attended Morehouse High School in Bastrop, Louisiana. He was also a member of the Houston Texans/Shreveport Steamer of the World Football League.

Willie Parker is an American physician, and sits on the board of institutions working in reproductive justice including as the chair-elect of the board of Physicians for Reproductive Health. He "travels to Mississippi every month to the last clinic where women can go to to receive abortion care." He has been practicing as an OBGYN for over 20 years, and has drawn acclaim for his book "Life’s Work: A Moral Argument for Choice."
