Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG) is an American professional wrestling promotion based in Los Angeles, California. It is owned and operated by wrestlers themselves, having been created by Disco Machine, Excalibur, Scott Lost, Joey Ryan, Super Dragon, and Top Gun Talwar. Since then, Disco, Talwar, and Lost have retired and left the company. Since 2007, Excalibur has been the head play-by-play commentator, with a rotation of wrestlers on color commentary.
Daniel Caine Lyon, better known by his ring name Super Dragon, is an American professional wrestler. Beginning his career in 1997, he has worked for companies such as All Pro Wrestling, Chikara, Combat Zone Wrestling, Ring of Honor, World Championship Wrestling, Pro Wrestling Guerilla (PWG) and Xtreme Pro Wrestling.
The PWG World Tag Team Championship is a professional wrestling world tag team championship contested for in the tag team division of the Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG) promotion. The inaugural tournament was contested for the vacant PWG World Tag Team Championship. Reigning champions entered the tournament and defended the title in each round of the tournament for five editions while three editions of the tournament were used to determine the number one contenders to the champions.
