Yoshio Watanabe FRPSL (1933-?) was a Japanese philatelist who was appointed to the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists in 2001. He specialises in the classic stamps of Japan and his exhibits have won the Grand Prix National at PHILANIPPON 81 and the FIAP Grand Prix at SINGPEX 94, as well as gold medals at LONDON 90 and GRANADA 92. He was a fellow of the Royal Philatelic Society London. [1]

Fritz Heimbuchler FRPSL is a German philatelist who was appointed to the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists in 2001. He specialises in the philately of Romania and his collections have won the Grand Prix d'Honneur at SOFIA 79 and the Grand Prix International at ISTANBUL 96. He is a fellow of the Royal Philatelic Society London.

Zbigniew Mikulski was a Polish and Swiss philatelist who was appointed to the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists in 2002. He specialised in the philately of Russia and Poland. Gustaf Torsten Johansson is a Swedish philatelist who was appointed to the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists in 2003. He is a specialist in the early stamps of Norway and Sweden and won a Grand Prix award at IBRA 99. His Norway collection was shown in the Court of Honour at Norwex 1997 when it was described as probably the best collection of Norway in the world.

Prakob Chirakiti FRPSL is a Thai philatelist who was appointed to the Roll of Distinguished Philatelists in 2019. He is a specialist in the philately of Thailand and the secretary of the Grand Prix Club. He is the president of the Federation of Inter-Asian Philately executive committee for 2017–2021.
