You're Back in the Room is an Australian television game show based on the British TV show of the same name that began being aired on the Nine Network on 3 April 2016. [1] It is hosted by Daryl Somers and hypnotist Keith Barry who is the hypnotist on the British version. [2] [ failed verification ] [3]

Format

The contestants have the opportunity to win cash prizes while being under the influence of hypnotism. Hypnotist Keith Barry puts each one under hypnosis to thwart their efforts. [4] Over five rounds, the contestants take part in a series of outrageous games where tasks need to be completed in order to win. Their cash pot accumulates throughout the show before they attempt to win as much as possible in a fast-paced final round. [5]

The contestants are all competing for $20,000, but may lose money if they do not succeed in a set number of challenges that need to be completed successfully in order to accumulate prize earnings.

Australia's Got Talent is an Australian reality television show, based on the original UK series, to find new talent. Nine announced that the show would be returning in 2016 for an eighth season. It is the second season to air on Nine after it was axed in 2013. Auditions are open for September and October 2015. On 28 October 2015, it was announced that Kyle Sandilands, Geri Halliwell, Dawn French and Timomatic have been replaced with a new panel of judges, they are Ian "Dicko" Dickson, Sophie Monk, Kelly Osbourne and Eddie Perfect. Julia Morris did not return as host as she is committed to another show and was replaced by Dave Hughes as the host. For the first time, this season introduced the Golden Buzzer.
