The journal is a student-run law review that was established in 1992 by a group of St. John's University School of Law students. It contains articles and student notes on issues of bankruptcy law.

Conrad B. Duberstein National Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition

The journal cosponsors the Conrad B. Duberstein National Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition with the St. John's Moot Court Honor Society.

Bankruptcy Case Blog

Each journal staff member contributes to the Bankruptcy Case Blog, which contains brief updates on recent bankruptcy decisions and the implications of those decisions for bankruptcy law.

Student organization

Membership on the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review is offered to students who have attained a minimum grade point average of 3.3 and successfully complete the St. John's University School of Law writing competition held at the end of first-year day and second-year evening programs.

National Law Institute University

National Law Institute University (NLIU) is a public law school and a National Law University located in Bhopal, India. Established in 1997 by the State of Madhya Pradesh, it is the second law school established under the National Law School system. The university launched its first academic program in 1998, with Indian jurist V.S. Rekhi as the Director. Recognize by the Bar Council of India, the university admits 100 undergraduates each year through the Common Law Admission Test, who complete 15 trimesters before being awarded a combined B.A., LL.B (Hons.) degree. The post-graduate course offered at the University is the LL.M. degree.

The National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS) is a public law school and a National Law University located in Kochi, India. It is the first and only National Law University in the State of Kerala and one of the 23 NLUs in India. Admissions to the university are done on the basis of the Common Law Admission Test.

Willem C. Vis Moot

The Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot or Vis Moot is an international moot competition. Since 1994, it has been held annually in Vienna, Austria attracting more than 300 law schools from all around the world and spurring the creation of more than 20 pre-moots each year before the actual rounds are held in Vienna. It is the largest arbitration moot competition, and second-largest moot overall, in the world; considered a grand slam or major moot. A sister moot, known as the Willem C. Vis (East) Moot, is held in Hong Kong just before the rounds in Vienna. It was established in 2003 and attracts around 150 teams every year, making it the second largest commercial arbitration moot and also a grand slam moot. It uses the same moot problem as the Vis Moot, as does the various pre-moot friendlies.

The Faculty of Law is a faculty of the University of Windsor in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. The first class of students matriculated in 1968, and the current building was opened in 1970. University of New Mexico School of Law

The University of New Mexico School of Law is the law school of the University of New Mexico, located in Albuquerque. It is the only law school in the state of New Mexico. Approximately 350 students attend the school, with approximately 115 enrolled in the first-year class. By design, the school has remained this size in order to provide students more hands-on learning and individual attention from professors. Its student-to-faculty ratio of 10.0 is one of the best in the nation. It also has one of the highest student diversity indexes of any law school in the country, with Hispanics as the largest minority group. The National Jurist legal magazine ranked UNM the 6th Best Value among law schools, a ranking based on several criteria including students' average indebtedness after graduation, student employment rates, and tuition costs.

A law review is a scholarly journal or publication that focuses on a wide array of legal issues. A law review is a type of legal periodical. Typically, the law students initiate the production of the journals, with the publication of articles that are authored by law faculty and law scholars. The law students add references, notes and comments in the topics contained in the reviews.
