Baguio's at-large congressional district refers to the lone congressional district of the Philippines in the city of Baguio. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1992. It was previously included in Benguet's 1st congressional district from 1987 to 1992. The district is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Marquez Go of the Nacionalista Party (NP). [3]

Antique's at-large congressional district, also known as Antique's lone district, is the sole congressional district of the Philippines in the province of Antique. Antique has been represented in the country's various national legislatures since 1898. Since 1907, Antique has been entitled to one member in the House of Representatives of the Philippines, elected provincewide at-large, except for a brief period between 1943 and 1944 when a second seat was allocated in the National Assembly of the Second Philippine Republic. It was also earlier represented by three members in the First Philippine Republic legislature known as the Malolos Congress from 1898 to 1901.
Abra's at-large congressional district refers to the lone congressional district of the Philippines in the province of Abra. Abra has been represented in the country's various national legislatures since 1898. The first congressional delegation consisted of two members in the First Philippine Republic legislature known as the Malolos Congress. Since 1919 when it was re-established as a regular province separate from Ilocos Sur, Abra has been entitled to one member in the House of Representatives of the Philippines, elected provincewide at-large, except for a brief period between 1943 and 1944 when it was again represented by two members in the National Assembly of the Second Philippine Republic. From 1978 to 1984, all provinces were converted into multi-seat regional at-large districts for the Interim Batasang Pambansa of the Fourth Philippine Republic, with Abra forming part of the twelve-seat Region I's at-large district. It was restored as a single-member district in 1984.
Antipolo's 1st congressional district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in the city of Antipolo and one of four in the province of Rizal. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 2004. The district consists of the western Antipolo barangays of Bagong Nayon, Beverly Hills, De La Paz, Mambugan, Mayamot, Munting Dilao, San Isidro and Santa Cruz. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Roberto Puno of the National Unity Party (NUP).

Aurora first elected a single representative provincewide at-large for the Regular Batasang Pambansa following its creation as a regular province separate from Quezon in 1978 and the subsequent 1984 Philippine constitutional plebiscite that amended the 1973 constitution and abolished the regional at-large assembly districts. Before 1978, the province was represented in the national legislatures as part of Quezon's 1st and at-large congressional districts. The district was re-created on February 2, 1987 following the ratification of the 1987 constitution that restored the House of Representatives. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Rommel T. Angara of the Laban ng Demokratikong Pilipino (LDP).

Catanduanes's at-large congressional district, also known as Catanduanes's lone district, is the sole congressional district of the Philippines in the province of Catanduanes. Catanduanes has been represented in the country's various national legislatures since 1898. Since 1946 when it was reorganized as an independent province separate from Albay, Catanduanes has been entitled to one member in the House of Representatives of the Philippines, elected provincewide at-large, except for the period under the Fourth Philippine Republic between 1978 and 1984 when its representation was absorbed by the regional at-large assembly district of Region V.

It was created by the 2004 reapportionment that divided the city into two congressional districts and which took effect in 2007. The district is composed of 38 barangays in the city's west coast and includes most of its downtown commercial core. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Khymer Adan Olaso of the Adelante Zamboanga Party.
Zamboanga City's 2nd congressional district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in Zamboanga City. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 2007. It was created by the 2004 reapportionment that divided the city into two congressional districts and which took effect in 2007. The district is composed of 60 barangays in the city's east coast and includes Sacol and Vitali islands, as well as parts of its downtown commercial area east of Veterans Avenue. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Manuel Jose Dalipe of the Lakas–CMD.
Sarangani's at-large congressional district is the sole congressional district of the Philippines in the province of Sarangani. It was created ahead of the 1995 Philippine House of Representatives elections following the separation of the third district from South Cotabato in 1992. The province has been electing a single representative provincewide at-large to the House of Representatives from the 10th Congress onwards. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Steve Solon of the People's Champ Movement.
Basilan's at-large congressional district refers to the lone congressional district of the Philippines in the province of Basilan. The province has been represented in the country's national legislatures since 1984. It first elected a representative provincewide at-large during the 1984 Philippine parliamentary election following the restoration of provincial and city district representation in the Batasang Pambansa where Basilan had previously been included in the regionwide representation of Western Mindanao for the interim parliament. The province, created by the 1973 separation from Zamboanga del Sur of the entire island with its two municipal districts and the municipality of Isabela outside its poblacion which was earlier organized as the City of Basilan separated from Zamboanga City, was formerly represented as part of Zamboanga del Sur's, Zamboanga's and Department of Mindanao and Sulu's at-large representations in earlier legislatures. Since the 1987 restoration of Congress following the ratification of a new constitution, Basilan has been entitled to one member in the House of Representatives. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Mujiv Hataman of the Basilan Unity Party (BUP).
Biliran's at-large congressional district is the sole congressional district of the Philippines in the province of Biliran. It was created ahead of the 1995 Philippine House of Representatives elections following its conversion into a regular province under the 1991 Local Government Code which was ratified in a 1992 plebiscite concurrent with that year's general election. Biliran had been a sub-province of Leyte since 1959 and was last represented as part of Leyte's 3rd district in the House of Representatives from 1987 to 1995 and earlier from 1961 to 1972, the multi-member Region VIII's at-large district in the Interim Batasang Pambansa from 1978 to 1984, and the multi-member Leyte's at-large district in the Regular Batasang Pambansa from 1984 to 1986. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Gerardo Espina Jr. of Lakas–CMD.
Siquijor's at-large congressional district is the provincewide electoral district in Siquijor, Philippines. The province has been represented in the country's national legislatures since 1984. It first elected a representative at-large during the 1984 Philippine parliamentary election following the restoration of provincial and city district representation in the Batasang Pambansa where Siquijor had previously been included in the regionwide representation of Central Visayas for the interim parliament. The province, created by the 1971 separation of Siquijor Island from Negros Oriental, was formerly represented as part of that province's 2nd district in earlier legislatures. Since the 1987 restoration of Congress following the ratification of a new constitution, Siquijor has been entitled to one member in the House of Representatives. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Zaldy Villa of the Lakas–CMD.
Bulacan's 5th congressional district is one of the seven congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Bulacan. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 2022. The district consists of municipalities in central Bulacan, namely Balagtas, Bocaue, Guiguinto, and Pandi and does not have any provincial boundaries. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Ambrosio Cruz Jr. of the Lakas-CMD, who is its first representative since its creation.
