Brancaccio & Aisher are a British duo of house music producers Luke Brancaccio and Bruce Aisher. [1]

Biography

As remixers they have a large catalog of hits. They hit #1 on both the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play chart and the UK Dance Chart in 2002 with the track "It's Gonna Be...(A Lovely Day)", it also reached the position #40 in the United Kingdom. It's a song which featured elements of the 1978 song "Lovely Day" by Bill Withers.

Brancaccio and Aisher also formed the band Suicide Sports Club, and released the album, Electric Mistress, in 2005. The track "2.20 Boy" (an alternative version of the album track "2.20 Girl") was used in the US film, The Invisible .

Aisher has gone on to release solo tracks and remixes. He is completing work on an album with his new band, Go Control. Aisher also writes for Future Music and lectures at Hertfordshire University.

Dead or Alive (band) British band

Dead or Alive were an English pop band that released seven albums from 1984 to 2000. The band formed in 1980 in Liverpool and found success in the mid-1980s, releasing seven singles that made the UK Top 40 and three albums on the UK Top 30. At the peak of their success, the lineup consisted of Pete Burns (vocals), Steve Coy (drums), Mike Percy (bass) and Tim Lever (keyboards), with the core pair of Burns and Coy writing and producing for the remainder of the band's career.

Catherine Roseanne Dennis is a British singer, songwriter, record producer and actress. She was the vocalist for D Mob, which had the successful hit single "C'mon and Get My Love". The S.O.U.L. S.Y.S.T.E.M. was an American R&B and dance music group, assembled by Robert Clivillés and David Cole of C&C Music Factory, that was active in 1992. The group featured lead vocals by Michelle Visage, who was formerly a member of another Clivilles & Cole group, Seduction. Rounding out the quartet were Octavia Lambertis, Gary Michael Wade, and Jamal Alicea. The S.O.U.L. It is the fifth track on their sixth studio album, Sands of Time, and is one of the group's last songs to feature the vocals of original lead singer Mary Davis. The Prodigy English electronic dance music group

The Prodigy are an English electronic dance music band from Braintree, Essex, formed in 1990 by record producer and songwriter Liam Howlett. The band's line-up has included MC and vocalist Maxim, dancer and vocalist Keith Flint, dancer and live keyboardist Leeroy Thornhill, and dancer and vocalist Sharky (1990–1991). As one half of the duo Brancaccio & Aisher, he has had club hits for labels including Bedrock, Parlophone and his own Player One Records. Brancaccio & Aisher are known for "It's Gonna Be... " which reached No. 1 in the US Billboard Club Chart and became a UK Top 40 hit. Aisher first began his production career at Cheeky Records with producer Rollo, which led to him working on Dido's platinum-selling No Angel album, on which contributed synthesizer effects and keyboards. Aisher also records and remixes under the alias of Gutterstylz.

Dev (singer) American singer

Devin Star Tailes, known professionally as Dev, is an American singer, songwriter, rapper, model and radio host. She was discovered by The Cataracs and record label Indie-Pop via Myspace after Dev's friend Shane Crislip posted a video of her singing. Dev's song "Booty Bounce" was sampled in Far East Movement's hit single "Like a G6", which reached number one in the US and sold over four million downloads in the country.

<i>DNCE</i> (album) 2016 studio album by DNCE

DNCE is the self-titled debut studio album by American band DNCE. It was released through Republic Records on November 18, 2016. The album features a sole guest appearance from Kent Jones. It includes three out of four songs from their debut EP, Swaay (2015). As a "dance-oriented pop" album, DNCE also contains influences of new wave, dance-rock, disco, and alternative pop. Lead singer Joe Jonas co-wrote every track on the standard edition of the album with a variety of collaborators including Ilya Salmanzadeh, Rami Yacoub, Mattman & Robin, Justin Tranter, and Sir Nolan.
