Cooking Under Fire

Cooking Under Fire is a documentary-style series featuring 12 contestants in a traveling cooking competition in four cities in the United States. Judges were Ming Tsai, Michael Ruhlman and Todd English. The show was produced through WGBH. [1] [2]

Ming Tsai is an American restaurateur, television personality, and celebrity chef. Tsai's restaurants have focused on East-West fusion cuisine, and have included major stakes in Blue Ginger in Wellesley, Massachusetts from 1998 to 2017, and Blue Dragon in the Fort Point Channel area of Boston.

Michael Ruhlman American food writer

Michael Carl Ruhlman is an American author, home cook and entrepreneur.

William Todd English is an American celebrity chef, restaurateur, author, and television personality, based in Boston, Massachusetts. He hosted the TV cooking show, Food Trip with Todd English, on PBS. In 2005 he was a judge on the PBS show Cooking Under Fire.

The winner, Katie Hagan-Whelchel, was given a chef position at one of Todd English's New York City restaurants. [3] The show aired for one season.
