Copies, Clones & Replicants is the seventh studio album by American rock band Powerman 5000. It is their first (and only) cover album, tackling some of some of the band's favorite tracks, which usually fall into the new wave genre. [1]

Industrial rock is a fusion genre that fuses industrial music and rock music. It initially originated in the 1970s, and drew influence from early experimental and industrial acts such as Throbbing Gristle, Einstürzende Neubauten and Chrome. Industrial rock became more prominent in the 1980s with the success of artists such as Killing Joke, Swans, and partially Skinny Puppy, and later spawned the offshoot genre known as industrial metal. The genre was made more accessible to mainstream audiences in the 1990s with the aid of acts such as Nine Inch Nails and Marilyn Manson, both of which have released platinum-selling records.
Powerman 5000 is an American rock band formed in 1991. The group has released ten albums, gaining its highest level of commercial success with 1999's Tonight the Stars Revolt!, which reached number 29 on the Billboard 200 while spawning the singles "When Worlds Collide" and "Nobody's Real". Frontman Spider One, younger brother of fellow metal musician Rob Zombie, has been the only consistent member of the lineup since the band's formation.
Lola Versus Powerman and the Moneygoround, Part One, commonly abbreviated to Lola Versus Powerman, or simply Lola, is the eighth studio album by the English rock band the Kinks, recorded and released in 1970. Michael David Cummings, better known as Spider One, is an American singer, record producer, and director. He is the founder and only consistent member of the rock band Powerman 5000. He is the younger sibling of musician and filmmaker Rob Zombie.
Mike Tempesta is an American rock guitarist and an artist relations manager. He also goes by the moniker M.33. He was credited for rhythm guitar tech on the 1990 Anthrax album Persistence of Time and his guitar solo in their Album/Song "Stomp 442,"/"American Pompeii". Before his career as a musician, he was a guitar technician for Anthrax's Scott Ian. He was a member of Human Waste Project, and played rhythm guitar in the band Powerman 5000 until his departure in 2004. He performed on the debut album of Scum of the Earth, once again with his brother John Tempesta, and has since left the lineup. After leaving Powerman 5000, he took up a job as an artist relations manager for Yamaha Corporation of America, but soon left and eventually was hired as an artist relations manager for Fender Musical Instruments Corporation, overseeing the Jackson, Charvel, and EVH brands.
The Good, the Bad and the Ugly, Vol. 1: Rare & Previously Unreleased '91–'96 is a compilation album by American rock band Powerman 5000, released in 2004. It contains rare and unreleased tracks from the band's early days. The album sold around 340 copies in the first week of its release.
"More Human than Human" is a song by the American heavy metal band White Zombie from their album Astro-Creep: 2000 (1995). It was released as the first official single from the album and is also included on Rob Zombie's Past, Present & Future, the greatest hits album The Best of Rob Zombie, and a remix is included on Supersexy Swingin' Sounds and Revolutions.
The Korea EP is an EP by American hard rock band Powerman 5000. The EP was released as a limited-edition CD during the band's South Korea tour in August 2005. During the band's time in South Korea, they performed at the Rolling Hall in Seoul and was scheduled to perform at the Busan Rock Festival, but was cancelled due to visa issues. The EP includes four Powerman 5000 songs that do not appear on any other official release. However, a live version of "Heroes and Villains" was later included on the band's studio album Destroy What You Enjoy. The Korea EP was also available for purchase at shows during the Return to the City of the Dead Tour '07, and eventually became available on the official Powerman 5000 website.
The Blood-Splat Rating System is the debut studio album of American rock band Powerman 5000. Released in 1995, it is the band's second independent release. The album was a local success in Boston, MA, sold out of its initial pressing and won three awards from the 1995 Boston Phoenix Readers' Poll, including "Best Metal Album", "Best Rap Album" and "Album of the Year". Its success led to a contract with the major label DreamWorks Records, who reissued the album under the title Mega!! Kung Fu Radio on February 25, 1997. It had sold 156,954 copies by 2003.
Destroy What You Enjoy is the fifth studio album by American rock band Powerman 5000, released on August 1, 2006, via DRT Records. It includes the single "Wild World", which was voted No. 3 on Headbangers Ball's top videos poll of 2006, while the album itself was voted by Metal Edge as one of the "Top 10 Albums of 2006". The album debuted at No. 120 on the Billboard 200 chart and sold 7,000 copies in its first week of release.
"When Worlds Collide" is a song by the band Powerman 5000 from their album Tonight the Stars Revolt!. It is one of the band's most well-known songs and has been used in the video games Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2, WWE Smackdown! vs. Raw, Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater HD and Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 + 2 in addition to the 2000 film Little Nicky. The song had been nominated by the Boston Music Awards in 2000 for "Single Of The Year". Spider One has stated that the song is about social classes. In 2016, the band accused Square Enix of stealing the song for use in their popular MMO Final Fantasy XIV.
Dave Pino is an American guitarist, songwriter and producer, best known as the songwriter/guitarist and co-founder of the bands Damone and Waltham.
Somewhere on the Other Side of Nowhere is the sixth studio album by Powerman 5000 returning to their more traditional industrial metal sound, following their punk rock oriented 2006 album Destroy What You Enjoy. The album was released in the US on October 6, 2009 and in Canada on October 20. The album sold around 2,000 copies in its first week of release. The digital single for "Super Villain" has scanned around 15,000 paid downloads.
