The Costa Rica women's national volleyball team represents Costa Rica in international women's volleyball competitions and friendly matches.

At the Women's NORCECA Volleyball Championship, Costa Rica usually competes for places 5-8. In 2013, then head coach Horacio Bastit stated that a better finish was not yet realistic. He stated that beating teams such as the US, Canada, Puerto Rico or the Dominican Republic can remain as goals for the future. [1]
