Dubai Sports Council is the official sports governing body of the Government of Dubai. It is the lead entity tasked with developing a holistic sports culture for the Emirate.

The Dubai Autodrome is an FIA sanctioned 5.39 km (3.349 mi) motorsports circuit located in Dubailand, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The architects of the project were Populous and the circuit was designed by Clive Bowen of Apex Circuit Design.

Dubai Media Incorporated

Dubai Media Incorporated (DMI) is the official media organization of the government of Dubai. It was established in 2003 as a government-owned company comprising a number of print, radio and TV channels under its umbrella including: Dubai TV, Al Bayan, Sama Dubai TV, Dubai One, Dubai Sports, Dubai Racing, Dubai Zaman, Dubai Drama, Noor Dubai Radio & Noor Dubai TV, Dubai FM, Emarat Al Youm, Emirates 24/7, Tawseel and Masar Printing Press. The chairman of the board of directors of DMI, Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, is also the deputy ruler of Dubai.

2003 FIFA World Youth Championship

The 2003 FIFA World Youth Championship took place in United Arab Emirates between 27 November and 19 December 2003. The 2003 championship was the 14th contested. The competition was originally planned to be played earlier in that year, but was moved because of the Iraq War.

Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum Crown Prince of Dubai

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum is the Crown Prince of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He is popularly known as Fazza, the name under which he publishes his poetry, and which means "the one who helps" in Arabic.

Dubai Sports City or DSC a multi-venue sports complex in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, developed by Dubai. It provides a mix of residential, retail, leisure and recreational facilities. It is built around five major sports venues and features a number of sports academies. Located on Mohammad Bin Zayed Road the residential aspect of the project consists of mid-rise apartment buildings, townhouses and villas. Sports City contains three distinct residential districts: Canal Residence, Victory Heights and Gallery Villas.

TEN Cricket International was a 24-hour sports channel dedicated to cricket. The channel was owned by Sony Pictures Networks. TEN Cricket was launched on 10 August 2010. The channel had live broadcast rights of all international cricket held in Pakistan, Sharjah, Abu Dhabhi and Dubai. The channel ceased broadcasting internationally on 31 March 2020.

The 1999 Dubai Tennis Championships was a men's tennis tournaments played on outdoor hard courts at the Aviation Club Tennis Centre in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates that were part of the World Series of the 1999 ATP Tour. The tournament was held from 8 February through 14 February 1999. Unseeded Jérôme Golmard won the singles title.

The 2016–17 UAE President's Cup was the 41st edition of the UAE President's Cup. Al-Jazira are the defending champions winning their third title in 2016 after beating Al-Ain 6-5 on penalties after a 1-1 draw.

The 2017–18 UAE President's Cup was the 42nd edition of the UAE President's Cup. The competition started on 22 September 2017 and concluded on 3 May 2018. Al Ain defeated Al Wasl 2–1 in the finals to win their seventh title.

The 2019 UAE Super Cup was be the 19th and the 12th Professional UAE Super Cup, an annual football match played between the winners of the previous season's Pro-League and President's Cup.
