The Freie Waldorfschule Wetterau is a private Waldorf school located in Bad Nauheim, Germany.

The Freie Waldorfschule Wetterau is a general-education school starting with class 1, with an officially recognised senior high school until the Abitur in class 13 (diploma from German secondary school qualifying for university admission or matriculation). The school is based on the Waldorf education. Parents and teachers are the financiers of the school. Therefore, the parents are highly integrated into all themes concerning the school. At this time (2008), the Freie Waldorfschule Wetterau has around 450 students taught by about 50 teachers.

During summer 2002 the Varieté AG was founded. Once a year they have a huge show. The very first performance was in July 2003.

Waldorf education Educational philosophy

Waldorf education, also known as Steiner education, is based on the esoteric educational philosophy of Rudolf Steiner, the founder of Anthroposophy. Its pedagogy strives to develop pupils' intellectual, artistic, and practical skills in an integrated and holistic manner. The cultivation of pupils' imagination and creativity in ways that serve their developmental needs is a strong focus.

Roseway Waldorf School is a coeducational privately funded school in Alverstone, near Botha's Hill, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. It was founded in February 1985. The school now has programs from preschool through high school. The school is based on the principles of Waldorf education, laid down by the founder of Waldorf education, Rudolf Steiner.

Lincoln High School is located in Yonkers, New York. It is one of the seven public high schools in the city and has an enrollment of about 1200 students. The front portion of the building was opened in 1953 as Southeast Yonkers Jr., Sr. High School with grades 6 through 8. It was completed in 1955 and renamed Lincoln Junior-Senior High School the following year.
