The Horizon League men's soccer tournament is the conference championship tournament in soccer for the Horizon League. The tournament has been held every year since 1987. It is a single-elimination tournament and seeding is based on regular season records. The winner, declared conference champion, receives the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA Division I men's soccer championship.

The 2016 Horizon League men's soccer tournament was the 29th edition of the tournament. It determined the Horizon League's automatic berth into the 2016 NCAA Division I Men's Soccer Championship. UIC enter the tournament as the defending champions.

The 2017 Horizon League women's soccer tournament was the postseason women's soccer tournament for the Horizon League. It was held from October 30 through November 4, 2017. The quarterfinals of the tournament were held at campus sites, while semifinals and final took place at Engelmann Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The six team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The Northern Kentucky Norse were the defending champions, but they were eliminated from the 2017 tournament with a 3–2 loss to the IUPUI Jaguars in the semifinals. IUPUI won the tournament by virtue of winning the penalty shoot-out tiebreaking procedure following a tie with the Milwaukee Panthers in the final.

The 2017 Horizon League men's soccer tournament was the 30th edition of the competition. The tournament determined the year's Horizon League men's college soccer champion, as well as the conference's automatic berth in the 2017 NCAA Division I men's soccer tournament, which determines the national champion of college soccer for the season.

The 2018 Horizon League women's soccer tournament was the postseason women's soccer tournament for the Horizon League. It was held from October 29 through November 3, 2018. The quarterfinals of the tournament were held at campus sites, while semifinals and final took place at Engelmann Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The six team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The IUPUI Jaguars were the defending champions, but they did not qualify for the 2018 tournament after finishing the regular season in seventh place. The Milwaukee Panthers won the tournament by beating the Cleveland State Vikings 1–0 in the final.

The 2021 Horizon League men's soccer tournament was the postseason men's soccer tournament for the Horizon League. It was held from November 7 through November 13, 2021. The quarterfinals of the tournament were held at campus sites, while semifinals and final took place at Oakland Soccer Field in Rochester, Michigan. The six team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The Milwaukee Panthers were the defending champions. They were unable to defend their crown, falling to Cleveland State in the Semifinals. Oakland finished as tournament champions after defeating Cleveland State 3–1 in the Final. This was the third overall title for Oakland, all of which have come under head coach Eric Pogue. As tournament champions, Oakland earned the Horizon League's automatic berth into the 2021 NCAA Division I men's soccer tournament.
