Huyton & Prescot Golf Club is a mature parkland golf course in Merseyside. Originally designed by James Braid, it was established in 1905 on the old Atherton family home and estate, Hurst Park. Prior to the Athertons, the rich colliery owner, Richard Evans had lived there and had spent considerable money creating the estate and current Club House which is now a Grade II listed building. It is also friendly hosting different events, like parties and funerals.

Shelby Charter Township, officially the Charter Township of Shelby, is a charter township located in Macomb County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The township is an affluent northern suburb of Detroit. As of the 2020 census, the population was 79,408, up from 73,804 in 2010. Mountain Lake is a private community north of the City of Lake Wales, Florida, United States. It was founded in 1915 and contains a golf course designed in 1916 by Seth Raynor. Mountain Lake is located in the ridge country of Central Florida, and was developed by Baltimorean Frederick Ruth. With proximity close to trains from the North which would bring residents down for ‘the season’, Ruth assembled 3500 acres and engaged Frederick Law Olmsted Jr. to lay out 600 acres of the property for the residences and Seth Raynor to design the golf course. This same trio also went on to design and develop Fisher Island in the 1920s. There are some notes in the archives at Mountain Lake that Ruth spoke to Donald Ross prior to selecting Raynor; however Raynor was chosen and Mountain Lake became the first development of its kind.

Atherton Hall was a country house and estate in Atherton historically a part of Lancashire, England. The hall was built between 1723 and 1742 and demolished in 1824. Christopher Saxton's map shows there was a medieval deer park here in the time of Elizabeth I.

Bellevue House was an 18th-century country house set in its own 300 acre demesne, in the village of Delgany, County Wicklow. It is 25 km south of the Dublin. The house was built on an estate originally called Ballydonagh, after the townland which borders it to the south west. It was demolished in the 1950s. Delgany Golf Club is now located on the estate.

Childwall Hall was a 19th-century English country house located in Childwall, Liverpool, England. Built on the site of a previous mansion of the same name the Gothic Revival building was the seat of parliamentarian Bamber Gascoyne, a noted opponent of the abolition of slavery. The main building was demolished in 1949 and the current site is now occupied by a television production company Lime Pictures. A lodge building and a few ruins of the same style are all that remain of the hall.
