Exit... Stage Left is a concert film by the Canadian band Rush that premiered on MTV in February 1982 and then released on CED, Laserdisc, Betamax, VHS and DVD at various times between 1982 and 2007. It documents a live concert performance by the band on their 1981 Moving Pictures tour. In October 1981, the band released an audio album of the same name of the same performance at the Montreal Forum, in Montreal, Quebec on vinyl LP, audiocassette, 8-track cartridge and (later) compact disc. The video has a different track list from the album, as well as voice-over comments from the band members about songwriting and performing. The four songs from the European dates of the Permanent Waves tour, included on the audio album, are not included on the video.

Gong Global Family – Live in Brazil 2007 is a live album and DVD by the psychedelic rock band Gong in their Global Family format, recorded on 20 November 2007 at the SESI theatre in São Paulo, but not released until 2009 by Voiceprint, catalogue number VP520CD. No producer was credited, but mixing and mastering were carried out by guitarist Fabio Golfetti and video editing and DVD were by Flavio Tsutsumi.

Tarantula is the fifth and final studio album by the American punk rock band the Riverdales. It was released digitally on June 8, 2010 and was released on CD and vinyl on June 22, 2010 through Recess Records. It was the only Riverdales album to be released through Recess Records, as well as their only album featuring second guitarist Simon Lamb. Ben Weasel has stated that "If [he] had it [his] way, Tarantula would have been part two of a double album with Invasion USA." Tarantula is said to sound more "hardcore" due to the use of two guitars and features hard rock-styled guitar solos. After the album was recorded, Lamb left the band and was replaced by Drew Fredrichsen.

The Hottest Show on Earth Tour was a concert tour by Kiss in support of their 19th studio album, Sonic Boom. It is essentially the North American leg of the Sonic Boom Over Europe Tour, itself a continuation of the Kiss Alive/35 World Tour that started in 2008. Kiss also played in Mexico for the first time since 2004. The tour featured both arena and amphitheater shows throughout the United States, plus Canada, and was produced by Live Nation. Live at the Marquee is the first live album by American progressive metal band Dream Theater, recorded at London's Marquee Club. The cover image is inspired by the Sacred Heart of Jesus. It features the exclusive release of "Bombay Vindaloo", an improvisation-based composition performed live only six times and never recorded in a studio. "The Killing Hand" is preceded by an instrumental titled "Another Hand", written on tour specifically to bridge from the ending of "Another Day". Most of James LaBrie's vocals were actually re-recorded in a studio.
