The Marshall University Rural Health Clinic, also called the MU Rural Health Center, is a division of the Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine of Marshall University. It is located in Chapmanville, West Virginia.

Chapmanville is a town in Logan County, West Virginia, in the United States. The population was 1,256 at the 2010 census. Chapmanville was founded in 1800 and named for Ned Chapman, an early settler who operated a store and post office. It was incorporated in 1947.

The purpose of the medical school is to alleviate the shortage of physicians in rural central and southern Appalachia. The center provides rural health clinical rotations, and brings university-quality health care to the rural area.
