Men's Junior NORCECA Volleyball Championship

The NORCECA Men's Junior Continental Championship U-21 is a volleyball competition for national teams, currently held biannually and organized by the NORCECA, the North America, Central America and Caribbean volleyball federation. The competition is played by men's under-21 teams.

The 2012 Men's Junior NORCECA Volleyball Championship was the eight edition of the bi-annual Volleyball Tournament, played by eight countries from August 27 – September 1, 2012 in Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States. The top three teams will qualify to the 2013 Men's Junior World Championship.

The 2013 Women's Junior Pan-American Volleyball Cup was the second edition of the bi-annual women's volleyball tournament, played by eight countries from March 18 – 23, 2013 in Havana, Cuba.

Tyler James "TJ" Sanders is a Canadian male volleyball player. He is a member of the Canada men's national volleyball team, a participant in the 2016 Summer Olympics, a gold medallist at the 2015 NORCECA Championship, and a bronze medalist at the 2015 Pan American Games. Bronze medalist at the 2017 World League where he ranked statistically as the top setter. He won the Polish cup with Trefl Gdansk. He has been sidelined by a back injury, but has helped the Canadian team qualify for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

Since its introduction in 1974, the tournament has been held every two years. The competition has been dominated by two teams: Panama, with 8 titles, and Costa Rica, with 6 titles. Following these are Guatemala, with 4 titles, and Honduras, who have won twice.
