The North West of Ireland Open was a golf tournament which was played annually from 1999 to 2002. It was a "double-badge" tournament that featured on the schedules of both the European Tour and the Challenge Tour. In 2002 it was played at the Ballyliffin Golf Club in County Donegal, Ireland with a prize fund of €358,517.

The Finnish Challenge is a golf tournament on the Challenge Tour, Europe's second tier men's professional golf tour. It was first played at Golf Talma in Talma, Finland, from 2001 to 2003, but took a hiatus from 2004 to 2011. The 2012–14 editions of the tournament were played at the Kytäjä Golf Club in Kytäjä, Hyvinkää, Finland. The 2015 tournament was played at Aura Golf Club in Turku. Since 2016 tournament it has been played at the Vierumäki Resort in Vierumäki.

The Chicago Challenge was a golf tournament on the LPGA Tour from 1991 to 1994. It was played in the Chicago, Illinois area: at the Oak Brook Golf Club in Oak Brook in 1991 and at the White Eagle Golf Club in Naperville from 1992 to 1994. The title sponsor for the first three years was the Chicago Sun-Times.

The Gujarat Kensville Challenge was a golf tournament on the Challenge Tour and the Professional Golf Tour of India, played in India. It was held for the first time in January 2011 at Kensville Golf and Country Club in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and was the season opening event on the tour. It was last played in 2013.

Brooks Koepka is an American professional golfer who plays in the LIV Golf League. In October 2018, he became world number one in the Official World Golf Ranking for 47 weeks after winning the 2018 CJ Cup. He won the U.S. Open in 2017 and 2018, and the PGA Championship in 2018 and 2019, becoming the first golfer in history to hold back-to-back titles in two majors simultaneously. He started his career on the European Challenge Tour and eventually the European Tour. He played college golf at Florida State University.

The D+D Real Czech Challenge is a golf tournament on the Challenge Tour played in the Czech Republic. From 2012 to 2018, and from 2021 it was played at the Golf&Spa Kunětická Hora in Dříteč. It moved to the Kaskáda Golf Resort, near Kuřim, in 2019.

The Le Vaudreuil Golf Challenge is a golf tournament on the Challenge Tour, played at the Golf PGA France du Vaudreuil in Le Vaudreuil, France. It was played for the first time in July 2013.

The Foshan Open is a golf tournament on the Challenge Tour. It was played for the first time in October 2013 at the Foshan Golf Club in Foshan, China. It is co-sanctioned by the China Golf Association. Since 2017, it has been part of the China Tour.

The Oman Open is a European Tour golf tournament, held at Al Mouj Golf in Muscat, Oman. When founded in 2018, it was one of five European Tour events to be staged in the Arabian Peninsula, but is currently one of six.

The Euram Bank Open is a golf tournament on the Challenge Tour. It was first played in July 2018 at Golf Club Adamstal in Ramsau, Austria. Adamstal hosted the MAN NÖ Open on the Challenge Tour from 2006 to 2008.

Viktor Hovland is a Norwegian professional golfer who plays on the PGA Tour. He won the 2018 U.S. Amateur and then became the first Norwegian to win on the PGA Tour and on the European Tour. Hovland picked up his second and third PGA Tour wins at the 2020 and 2021 Mayakoba Golf Classic.
