These events are separate from the Division II women's outdoor championships held during the spring. [1]
The two-time defending national champions are Adams State, who won their sixth team national title in 2024.

Since the 1960s almost all countries have used metric measurements for track and field, hence the standard sprint distances for indoor competition have been 50 metres and 60 metres.
