Natham is a village near Kilakarai in Keelakarai taluk of Ramanathapuram district where the grave of Muhammad Ja'afar Shaheed (called as Mujabar auliya by the local people) who came along with Sulthan Syed Ibrahim Shaheed Badhusha of Erwadi [1] is found.

As of 2011, Ramanathapuram district had a population of 1,353,445 with a sex-ratio of 983 females for every 1,000 males.

Erwadi village in Tamil Nadu, India

Ervadi or Erwadi is a village in Ramanathapuram district, Tamil Nadu in southern India belonging to Kilakkarai Taluk and Keelakarai Town panchayat. The village is the location of the grave and shrine of Qutbus Sultan Syed Ibrahim Shaheed Badusha, the then ruler of Madinah Al Munawwara. Erwadi also belongs to Kadaladi Assembly constituency which is a part of Ramanathapuram. But after the delimitations in 2009, Erwadi has been joined to Ramanathapuram assembly constituency. Although a small town, Erwadi is the second largest contributor for the revenue of Ramanthapuram District.
