As of 2021, the boundary for the district includes portions of Clackamas and Marion counties. The district includes Aurora, Hubbard, Molalla, Silverton, and Mount Angel. Victor Stephen Gilliam was an American politician and actor who served as a member of the Oregon House of Representatives from 2007 to 2017. A member of the Republican Party, Gilliam resigned in 2017 due to health problems.
