Ponzone is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 80 kilometres (50 mi) southeast of Turin and about 40 kilometres (25 mi) southwest of Alessandria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,217 and an area of 69.3 square kilometres (26.8 sq mi). [1]
