San Demetrio ne'Vestini is a comune and town in the Province of L'Aquila in the Abruzzo region of Italy

In the 18th century, San Demetrio ne' Vestini was ruled by Duke Filippo Arcamone. His son Vincenzo later became the last duke of the town and died with no heirs. [3]

San Demetrio has a station on the Terni–Sulmona railway, with trains to L'Aquila and Sulmona.

Borgo Velino is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Rieti in the region of Latium, Italy. It is located about 70 kilometres (43 mi) northeast of Rome and about 15 kilometres (9 mi) east of the town Rieti. It has an area of 17.3 square kilometres (6.7 sq mi), and as of 31 December 2010 it had a population of 1,004. Until 1927 Borgo Velino was part of the province of L'Aquila in Abruzzo.
