Massar Egbari is an Egyptian Rock band that was officially launched in 2005 from Alexandria, Egypt. The band consists of 4 musicians: Ayman Massoud (Keyboards), Hany El Dakkak, Ahmed Hafez, and Tamer Attallah (Drums). Mahmoud Siam (Guitars) joined the band in 2008. It presents a kind of alternative Egyptian music, mixing rock, jazz and blues with Oriental music. "Massar Egbari" means "Compulsory Detour", a name intended to reflect how society forces people to think and live their lives in a certain way. The band pokes fun at typical social norms and trends. The band mainly concentrates on presenting music and songs talking about social problems. Love is not their main concern although it represents a part of their songs.

He finished Musical academy in Belgrade, and spent majority of his career at Macedonian Radio Television, as a conductor of the Dance and Special orchestra. Has made numerous recordings and live concerts, and has performed in North Macedonia and in many countries abroad. He has won many awards.

Jazz Bilzen was the first festival on the continent where jazz and pop music were brought together. For this reason, Jazz Bilzen is sometimes called the "mother of all European festivals".
Simon Kiselicki is a Macedonian jazz pianist, composer and arranger. He is considered "one of the most important personalities of the Macedonian jazz scene", known for his solo and group work as the Simon Kiselicki group, as well as his work in Macedonian bands Klerzo and La Colonie Volvox, and his contributions across Europe and the Balkans. Kiselicki is also one of the first musicians who brought jazz music to Macedonian stages and clubs, at the start of the 90s.
