Anggun Cipta Sasmi is an Indonesian-French singer, songwriter, and television personality. Born in Jakarta, she began performing at the age of seven and recorded a children's album two years later. She rose to fame in 1989 as a teenage rock star and by 1993 she had released five Indonesian-language studio albums. "Under the Sea" is a song from Disney's 1989 animated film The Little Mermaid, composed by Alan Menken with lyrics by Howard Ashman. It is influenced by the calypso style of the Caribbean which originated in Trinidad and Tobago, as well as reggae, which originated in Jamaica. The song was performed in the film by Samuel E. Wright. The track won the Academy Award for Best Original Song in 1989, the first for a Disney film since "Chim Chim Cher-ee" from Mary Poppins in 1964. Additionally, the song won the Grammy Award for Best Song Written for Visual Media in 1991.

She was a judge on Indonesian Idol from seasons 1 to 5 and season 8, Golden Memories Vol.1 and 2, Q Academy season 1, and The Voice Indonesia season 3 and 4. She is known for the song "Sang Dewi". She was the first Indonesian female singer invited to perform a concert at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore and the first Indonesian singer to perform seven concerts in four days. She was also the first female coach to win The Voice Indonesia in 2019. In the 80's she widely known for the song Ekspresi (Expression), the jazz fusion hit she collaborated with Indonesian musician Indra Lesmana in 1988. In the 1990s released the song Bahasa Kalbu. In the 2000s she released the songs Sang Dewi, Matamu, Separuh Hidupku, and Hanya Cinta Yang Bisa. In the early 2010s she released the song "Jangan Biarkan", covering Indonesian singer Diana Nasution. The television channel, RCTI, hosted the "Jangan Biarkan Concert" with her album "Titi to Diana". In the 2020s she released the song Show Off Your Colors, in collaboration with Eka Gustiwana Sarah Fajira, and Ashanty. Her latest release was the song "To Lose" as an answer to a netizen challenge, and she also released a ballad version called "Still Learning".
The European Grand Prix for Choral Singing is an annual choral competition between the winners of six European choral competitions. It was inaugurated in 1989.
The Leeds Festival Chorus is based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, England. It has 160 singing members in soprano, alto, tenor and bass sections. Presenting classical choral music of a professional standard in Yorkshire and elsewhere, including at the BBC Proms and abroad - for example in Venice. The Chorus is broadcast regularly on BBC Radio 3.

C3AFA, also known as Anime Festival Asia (AFA), is a series of anime conventions held in the Southeast Asian region, with a core annual convention held in Singapore. The main convention is traditionally held over a weekend in late November to early December. It was held at the Suntec Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Centre from 2008 to 2011, but was moved to the Singapore Expo MAX Pavilion in 2012 due to renovation works at Suntec Convention Centre that year. The convention returned to Suntec Convention Centre in 2013 and is being held there till now.
Melliana Cessy "Melly" Goeslaw is an Indonesian singer, songwriter, composer, producer, writer, and actress. She began singing while in the fifth grade, then began writing songs and took work as a backing vocalist for Elfa Secioria in high school. This led to her family and her moving to Jakarta to further her career. While providing backing vocals for Katon Bagaskara's promotional tour, she met Anto Hoed and Andi Ayunir. After marrying Hoed, the three formed the band Potret in 1995. Their 1995 debut album was well received, bringing Goeslaw and her bandmates to fame. As of 2011, she has written over 500 songs.
Erwin Gutawa Sumapraja is an Indonesian composer. In 1985, he started his professional music career by joining the jazz band Karimata, later becoming an independent composer in 1991. As a composer, he won the 1992 Midnight Sun Song Festival in Finland together with Ruth Sahanaya. In 2001 he won the Anugerah Musik Indonesia award for best music arranger for his concert Rockestra.
Glenn Fredly Deviano Latuihamallo was an Indonesian R&B singer and songwriter as well as producer and actor. Entering the music industry after winning a singing contest in 1995, he released more than 10 albums. He produced new talented artists like female vocalist Yura and male soloist Gilbert Pohan. He also produced Cahaya Dari Timur: Beta Maluku. In 2013, he served as a coach for The Voice Indonesia.

Dwiki Dharmawan is an Indonesian singer-songwriter, orchestrator and conductor. He began taking classical piano lessons at the age of six, then began writing songs and founding Krakatau with his bandmates Pra Budi Dharma and Donny Suhendra in high school. The band released their breakout single "Gemilang" in 1987, to critical success, selling over 800,000 copies.
