Trambesòs is a tram–light rail system in the Spanish autonomous community of Catalonia that links the Barcelona district of Sant Martí with Badalona and Sant Adrià de Besòs. Its name comes from the union of the words "tram", an abbreviation of the Catalan word for "tram" (tramvia), and "Besòs", the name of an area in the north of the Barcelonès region dominated by the Besòs River.
The Besòs is a river flowing through Catalonia, Spain, formed by the confluence of the Mogent and Congost rivers. It ends in the Mediterranean. Its full watershed includes the following cities: Aiguafreda, La Garriga, Sant Fost de Campsantelles, Canovelles, Granollers, Montmeló, Mollet del Vallès, Montcada i Reixac, Santa Coloma de Gramenet, Barcelona and Sant Adrià de Besòs. Due to its Mediterranean climate, the river can have extreme discrepancies in flow depending on the weather.
Sant Adrià de Besòs is a city and a municipality within the comarca of Barcelonès in Catalonia, north-eastern Spain. It is situated on the Mediterranean coast, at the mouth of river Besòs, extending to both sides of the estuary although the original settlement with the parish church lies on the left bank of the river, in the northern part of town. Sant Adrià is the smallest municipality of Barcelonès and has close ties with the neighbouring cities of Barcelona, Badalona and Santa Coloma de Gramenet, forming a uniform urban area within Barcelona metropolitan area.
Unión Deportiva Atlético Gramenet Milán is a Spanish football team based in Santa Coloma de Gramenet, in the autonomous community of Catalonia. Founded in 1945 it currently plays in Segona Catalana – Group 4, holding home games at Municipal de Sant Adrià in Sant Adrià de Besòs, with a capacity of 1,000.
Santa Coloma de Gramenet informally simply known as Santa Coloma is a municipality in Catalonia, Spain. It is essentially a suburb of Barcelona. It is situated on the south-east side of the Litoral range, with the Puig Castellar (299 m) as its highest point, on the left bank of the Besòs river: the municipalities of Sant Adrià de Besòs and Badalona separate it from the coast. It's the ninth most populated city in Catalonia.

Sant Andreu is one of the ten districts of Barcelona's districting in 1984. It was named after a former municipality in the plain of Barcelona called Sant Andreu de Palomar, the largest in the area, which makes up nowadays the bulk of a neighbourhood bearing the same name. A separate district, Nou Barris, includes some of the former area of Sant Andreu de Palomar.

The Unió Korfbalera Sant Adrià de Besòs (UKSA) is the korfbal team of Sant Adrià de Besòs city. Nowadays, it is a member of the Catalan League of Korfbal, and the club’s president is Pilar Arnalda Piñol. The UKSA is one of the oldest clubs of Catalonia, being a member of the Catalan Federation of Korfbal. The T-shirt colour is purple and the trousers and the skirt are black.
Artigues | Sant Adrià is a Barcelona Metro station in Badalona, named after the neighbourhood of the same name. Despite the latter part of the name, it is not in Sant Adrià del Besòs, and the tag Badalona was added to all signage in the station to avoid confusion. It is served by L2. It opened in 1985 with the name Joan XXIII as part of L4 and became a L2 station in 2002. It can be accessed from Carretera de Santa Coloma and from Avinguda de Joan XXIII.
La Verneda i la Pau is the northernmost neighborhood of the Sant Martí district of Barcelona, Catalonia (Spain). It borders the neighboring municipality of Sant Adrià de Besòs.
Public transport in Santa Coloma de Gramenet is an important part of the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona transportation network. Santa Coloma is a densely populated suburb of the city of Barcelona which fulfills both the role of dormitory town and one of the biggest settlements in the capital's urban area, at around 120,000 inhabitants, and is straddled by Barcelona's Nou Barris and Sant Andreu districts, Badalona, Sant Adrià de Besòs and Montcada i Reixac. The town still relies mostly on bus lines for transportation, but essential improvement arrived in late 2009 with the partial construction of Barcelona Metro line L9. In the future, Generalitat de Catalunya will construct a new line of Tram.
Artigues is an area of Badalona neighbouring Sant Adrià de Besòs. The name derives from a real estate promoter and publisher, Francesc Artigas i Solà, who urbanised the area in 1912. The two spellings of the name reflect Catalan orthography before and after Pompeu Fabra's reform. It was also known as Colònia Artigas, following the convention used in similar industrial areas in the province of Barcelona, and even though officially in the municipality of Badalona, it was often considered to be very autonomous from it and closer to Sant Adrià de Besòs. Within Badalona, it's one of the neighbourhoods which make up the town's district 6. It's part of the innermost region of the metropolitan area of Barcelona, not far from Barcelona proper. Its administrative borders are four streets: carrer d'Alfons XIII, carrer de Bogatell, carrer de Covadonga and carrer de l'Onze de Setembre. The immigrant population of Artigues is important, and during political campaign, some political parties have used their stance on migration policies and management in Artigues as part of their discourse.
Club Esportiu Sant Gabriel is a Spanish football club from Sant Adrià de Besòs, Barcelona founded in 1960. It is best known for its women's football team, founded in 1996.
Sant Adrià de Besòs and Estació de Sant Adrià are a Rodalies de Catalunya commuter rail station and a Trambesòs tram stop, respectively, together forming an interchange station complex in Sant Adrià de Besòs, to the north-east of Barcelona, in Catalonia, Spain. The Rodalies de Catalunya station is on the Barcelona to Maçanet-Massanes via Mataró railway, between Barcelona El Clot-Aragó and Badalona. It is operated by Renfe Operadora and is served by Barcelona commuter rail service line R1 and Girona commuter rail service line RG1. The Trambesòs stop is the northern terminus of routes T4 and T6 and is operated by TRAM.
