The Union of Trade Unions of Chad (UST) is a trade union centre in Chad. It was formed originally in 1988 as the National Union of Chadian Workers (UNST). The UNST was dissolved briefly in 1990 and reemerged as the UST.

The UST is affiliated with the International Trade Union Confederation.

The Katun is 688 kilometres (428 mi) long, and its drainage basin covers 60,900 square kilometres (23,500 sq mi). It originates in the Katun glaciers on the southwestern slope of Belukha Mountain. The river freezes up in late November or early December and breaks up in early or mid-April. The Shetland Space Centre (SSC) is a planned spaceport to be located on the Lamba Ness peninsula on Unst, the most northerly of the Shetland Islands. The proposed site is near the RAF Saxa Vord radar station and the settlement of Skaw.
