Marat was born in 1966 in Kazan,in what was then the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic of the Soviet Union. His mother Roza (or Rosa) Garafutdinovna Khusnullina (Russian:РозаГарафутдиновнаХуснуллина;born 1944) is a British citizen,through whom he often has as a nominal agent for the ownership of his wealth.[4][5]
From 2001 to 2010,Khusnullin served as Minister of Construction,Architecture,Housing and Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During his leadership of the Ministry of the republic was brought a large amount of federal investments,primarily under the development program of housing construction in Tatarstan. On 21 October 2020,Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters that president Putin would discuss the problem of water supply to Crimea with Khusnullin later in the day. The same day,Oleksii Reznikov,the Ukrainian minister of reintegration of temporarily occupied territories,stated that Ukraine would resume the supply of water to Crimea through the North Crimean Canal after the peninsula is "deoccupied" and that until then,it is the responsibility of Russia to supply water.[9]
Personal life
He was married to Lilia Khusnullina (Russian:ЛилияХуснуллина) until their divorce on 26 October 2018 after which she changed her name to Lilia Kharisova (Russian:ЛилияХарисова).[10][11] They have three children.
In May 2011,his daughter Alina Khusnullina or Alina Kireeva (Russian:АлинаКиреева;born 1991 or 1992) became the owner of the BVI-based firm Brenigton Enterprises Limited which owned the Cyprus-based firm Belasa Ltd. and through her father's relationships in the Moscow Stroycomplex (building complex) (Russian:СтройкомплексМосквы) especially from Kazan,she owns nearly 6,000 hectares (15,000 acres) of farm ground,controls a 29.9% stake in the Chistopol hotel (Russian:«Чистополь») in Tatarstan which is in addition to her grandmother Roza Khusnillina's 27.127% stake,and is a supervisory board member of a hotel company the Business Medical Center (Russian:«Деловоймедицинскийцентр»). She and her husband own a luxury apartment in Moscow.[4][5][8][12][13]

In February 2022,Khusnullin was put on the European Union sanctions list for being "responsible for actions and policies that undermine and threaten the territorial integrity,sovereignty and independence of Ukraine as well as the stability or security in Ukraine."[14]
The Tatars, formerly also spelt Tartars, is an umbrella term for different Turkic ethnic groups bearing the name "Tatar" across Eastern Europe and Asia. Initially, the ethnonym Tatar possibly referred to the Tatar confederation. That confederation was eventually incorporated into the Mongol Empire when Genghis Khan unified the various steppe tribes. Chistopolsky District is a territorial administrative unit and municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan within the Russian Federation. The district is located in the center of Tatarstan on the left bank of the Kama River. The administrative center of the district is Chistopol. At the beginning of 2020, the district had a population of 75,675.
Mamadyshsky District is a territorial administrative unit and municipality of the Republic of Tatarstan within the Russian Federation. The district is located in the north of the republic and encompasses an area of 2,600 square kilometers (1,000 sq mi). According to the 2010 census, the municipality had a population of 45,005. The administrative center of the district is the town of Mamadysh, which accounts for 32.1% of the district's total population.
Menzelinsky District is a territorial administrative unit and municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan within the Russian Federation. The district is located on the right bank of the Kama River, in the north-eastern part of the Republic of Tatarstan. The administrative center is Menzelinsk.
Pestrechinsky District is a territorial administrative unit and municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan within the Russian Federation. The district is socio-economically developed municipal district with a total area of 1361 m2 located in the north-western region of the Republic of Tatarstan. The administrative center of the district is Pestretsy, a rural locality. In 2019, the district had population of 45,054 people. The Pestrechinsky District is one of the most important agricultural regions of Tatarstan. The main sectors of the district economy are meat and dairy cattle breeding, poultry farming, horse breeding, and animal husbandry in general.
Sabinsky District is a territorial administrative unit and municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan within the Russian Federation. The district is located in the northern part of the republic. The administrative center is the urban-type settlement Bogatye Saby. The total area of the Sabinsky district is 1097.7 km2. As of 2020, 31,041 people reside in the district. The ethnic composition of the region is 96% Tatars, 3% Russians, and 1% representatives of other nationalities.
Verkhneuslonsky District is a territorial administrative unit and municipality of the Republic of Tatarstan within the Russian Federation. The district is located in the west of the republic on the right bank of the Volga River and encompasses a total area of 1,373.9 square kilometers (530.5 sq mi). According to the 2010 census, the municipality had a population of 16,641 people. Its administrative center, the selo (village) of Verkhny Uslon, accounts for 27% of the district's total population.
Zelenodolsky District — is a territorial administrative unit and municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan within the Russian Federation. The district is divided by a channel of the Volga river into sections on the right-bank and left-bank. The administrative center of the district is Zelenodolsk. At the beginning of 2020, the population of the district was 165,915.
Islam in Tatarstan existed prior to the tenth century, but it began major growth in 922, when Bulgar ruler Almış converted to Islam. This was followed by an increase in missionary activity in Volga Bulgaria. Islam remained the dominant religion through the Mongol invasion and subsequent Khanate of Kazan. In 1552, the region was finally conquered by Russia, bringing the Volga Tatars and Bashkirs on the Middle Volga into the tsardom. Under Russian rule, Islam was suppressed for many years, first during the Tsardom and Empire and later during the Soviet era. Today, Islam is a major faith in Tatarstan, adhered to by 47.8–55 percent of the estimated 3.8 million population, making it one of the two dominant religions in the region, the other being Orthodox Christianity.

Belomorskaya is a station on the Zamoskvoretskaya line of the Moscow Metro. It was opened on 20 December 2018. It is located between Rechnoy Vokzal (south) and Khovrino (north). Belomorskaya was completed while the stretch between Rechnoy Vokzal and Khovrino was already in operation.
The Troitskaya line is an under-construction line of the Moscow Metro that will initially extend to the settlement of Kommunarka in the Novomoskovsky Administrative Okrug, or New Moscow from Novatorskaya station. Future expansion plans will extend the line to the town of Troitsk. The city is constructing the line with a planned opening in 2024.
Oleg Viktorovich Morozov is a Russian and former Soviet politician. He has the federal state civilian service rank of 1st class Active State Councillor of the Russian Federation. He was a deputy in the State Duma between 1993 and 2012 and again since 2020. He served as a member of the Federation Council between September 2015 and September 2020. From May 2012 till March 2015, he worked as head of the presidential office for domestic policy. He supports the United Russia party.
