Peepshow Collective is a group of visual artists founded in 2000, most of whom are graduates of Brighton University, England. [1]
Peepshow was initially composed of graduates from the 1998 BA (Hons) Illustration course at the University of Brighton. [1] It was founded in 2000 after working as part of the design team that created the 4,000 sq ft (370 m2) 'Hi-Life' [2] supermarket installation for EXPO 2000 under the direction of UK writer and collage artist Graham Rawle. Since then, as a collective and as individuals, they have worked extensively within the areas of illustration, animation, art direction, motion design, set design, mixed media installation and fashion/textile design.
They fostered relationships with The Victoria and Albert Museum, SHOWstudio and onedotzero as well as many international advertising agencies such as Fallon, Ogilvy and Mather, M&C Saatchi, Wieden + Kennedy and TBWA. Much of the creative input for their commercial work stems from self-initiated activities, events and exhibitions. They were included in the British Council touring expo 'Picture This' and 'Ecology Earth' at the National Museum of Modern Art, Tokyo.
As illustrators they have frequently appeared in publications such as The Guardian, The Observer, The Daily Telegraph and The New York Times and their work regularly features in Creative Review, Design Week and Varoom. [3] They have been asked to contribute to many books on the subject of illustration including 'Pen & Mouse' & 'Hand To Eye' by Angus Hyland and '50 Years of Illustration' & 'The Fundamentals of Illustration' by Lawrence Zeegen. [4] Collectively Peepshow's moving image work has been featured at 'onedotzero: adventures in motion' at the ICA, 'Counter:Vision' [5] at The Hayward Gallery and as part of 'Pictoplasma' in New York as well as appearing on channels such as the BBC, Channel 4 and MTV.
In 2012 they published a book Peepshow Collective, showcasing the output of the collective since its formation [6] [7] and were artist-in-residence at Somerset House for Pick Me Up with the installation 'The Museum of Objects & Origins' [8]
Since 2014 they have worked extensively on motion design projects from their studio in Shoreditch creating titles, graphics and animation for broadcasters including Amazon Prime, Apple TV+, BBC, CNN, HBO, National Geographic Channel and PBS.
In 2015 they won Outstanding Motion Design at the 67th Emmy Awards for their work on PBS TV Series How We Got To Now. [9]
In 2019 they were awarded the Professional Excellence, Craft Award for Graphics and Titling at The Royal Television Society Scotland Awards. [10] Peepshow's work on National Geographic Channel's ‘Inside North Korea’s Dynasty’ was awarded ‘Outstanding Graphic Design & Art Direction’ at the 40th News & Documentary Emmy Awards. [11]
In 2021 Peepshow created the graphics and visual design for the BBC One and Apple TV+ documentary 9/11: Inside the President's War Room for which they won the 'Design - Programme Content Sequences' category at the 2021 RTS Craft and Design Awards. [12]
In 2022 they created the titles & graphics for the BBC documentary Elizabeth: The Unseen Queen . [13]

Nicholas David Gordon Knight is a British fashion photographer and founder and director of SHOWstudio.com. He is an honorary professor at University of the Arts London and was awarded an honorary Ph.D. by the same university. He has produced books of his work including retrospectives Nicknight (1994) and Nick Knight (2009). In 2016, Knight's 1992 campaign photograph for fashion brand Jil Sander was sold by Phillips auction house at the record-breaking price of HKD 2,360,000.
The Design Museum in Kensington, London, England, exhibits product, industrial, graphic, fashion, and architectural design. In 2018, the museum won the European Museum of the Year Award. The museum operates as a registered charity, and all funds generated by ticket sales aid the museum in curating new exhibitions.

The flagship ITV News at Ten has won numerous BAFTA awards, and also being named "RTS News Programme of the Year" in 2011, 2015, 2021 and 2022.

The organisation conducts public events, artist and content development, publishing projects, education, production, creative direction, and related visual art consultancy services.
Christopher Riley is a British writer, broadcaster and film maker specialising in the history of science. He has a PhD from Imperial College, University of London where he pioneered the use of digital elevation models in the study of mountain range geomorphology and evolution. He makes frequent appearances on British television and radio, broadcasting mainly on space flight, astronomy and planetary science and was visiting professor of science and media at the University of Lincoln between 2011 and 2021.

Karl Keki Singporewala RWA is a Parsi-born British artist, architect and elected Royal Academician of Art at the Royal West of England Academy., born 1983 in Crawley, West Sussex. Studied architecture at Leicester School of Architecture, De Montfort University, post graduate architecture at University of Brighton and then a further post graduate at the Bartlett, University College London. He is an annual visiting critic for the BA (Hons) Interior Architecture degree at Arts University Bournemouth.

Martin Masai Andersen is a Danish photographer, art director and designer, based in South London. He also lectures at a number of universities. Andersen has made long-term documentary photography projects on football fans and dog shows, and made music videos for The Breeders, Lush and Iceage. His animation work has won a Clio Award and been shown in group exhibitions at Manchester Art Gallery and at SeaCity Museum in Southampton.
