Balasubramanian Muthuraman (born 26 September 1944) is an Indian industrialist, corporate executive, [1] he was the Vice Chairman of Tata Steel, [2] [3] India's largest steel manufacturer and chairman Tata International. [4]
He studied metallurgical engineering at IIT Madras, followed by M.B.A. from XLRI Jamshedpur, and started his career at Tata Steel in 1966. [4] He is also an alumnus of the GMP (General Management Program) at CEDEP, the European Center for Executive Development, where Tata Steel has been a Corporate Member since 1991.
He is also the former Chairman of the Board of Governors of XLRI- Xavier School of Management (XLRI), Jamshedpur and National Institute of Technology, Jamshedpur (N. I. T.). Mr. B Muthuraman, was also nominated as the Chairman of the Board of Governors of IIT Kharagpur by the Honourable President of India, Mrs. Pratibha Patil. He is currently the Chairman of Board of Governors of UVCE. He is also currently the Chairman of XIME, Chennai.
He retired at the age of 70, as per norms laid out by the Tata Group. He has been awarded the Padma Bhushan by the Indian government in 2012. [5]

Nandan Mohanrao Nilekani is an Indian entrepreneur. He co-founded Infosys and is the non-executive chairman of Infosys replacing R Seshasayee and Ravi Venkatesan, who were the co-chairs of the board, on 24 August 2017. After the exit of Vishal Sikka, Nilekani was appointed as non-executive chairman of the board effective 24 August 2017. He was the chairman of the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI). After a successful career at Infosys, he headed the Government of India's technology committee, TAGUP. He is a member of Indian National Congress but not active in politics as of 2019.
Ratan Naval Tata is an Indian industrialist, philanthropist and former chairman of Tata Sons. He was a chairman of the Tata Group from 1990 to 2012, and interim chairman from October 2016 through February 2017. He continues to head its charitable trusts. XLRI – Xavier School of Management is a private business school run by the Society of Jesus (Jesuits) in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India. B. V. R. Mohan Reddy is an Indian business executive and engineering manager who founded and served as Executive Chairman of Cyient. Jamshed Jiji Irani, KBE was an Indian industrialist. Educated in Metallurgy, he joined British Iron and Steel Research Association. Later he joined Tata Steel from which he retired in 2007 as the Director. Later he served on the boards of various Tata group companies and others. He received the Padma Bhushan in 2007.
Nori Gopala Krishna Murti was an Indian civil engineer, known for his contributions for the implementation of Koyna Hydroelectric Project. He was the chairman of Bhakra Dam Management Board and the vice-chairman of the International Congress on Large Dams. The Government of India awarded him the Padma Shri, the fourth highest civilian award, in 1963. He received the Padma Bhushan, the third highest civilian award, in 1972.
Sunil Bhaskaran is the head of newly created Air India Aviation Training Academy. He was the chief executive officer and managing director of AirAsia India and the former Vice President of corporate services at Tata Steel.
