Chilled in a Field Festival is a small, family-friendly [1] music festival in the United Kingdom. First run in 2010, [2] in 2014 it was listed by The Guardian as one of their Top 25 summer festivals for music and arts lovers, foodies and families, [3] and given a Gold Award by the family festival review website Festival Kidz. [4] The festival now draws an attendance of 1,500+, [5] having grown from an attendance of only 120 people in its first year. [2]

The festival was first held in Hawkhurst, Kent, [2] and has also been held at The Hop Farm Country Park in Paddock Wood. [6] and at Bentley Wildfowl and Motor Museum in Sussex. Bands headlining the festival have included The Egg, Cocos Lovers, She Drew The Gun, and Tankus the Henge. [7] The festival was most recently held in 2019. As of 2022 it is on indefinite hiatus as the result of financial difficulties arising from missing 2020 and 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. [8]

In 2012, they toured with their Spartacus Live shows and formed part of the Justice Tonight Band, supporting the Stone Roses at Heaton Park, Phoenix Park, Lyon and Milan. Beautiful Days is a music festival that takes place in August at Escot Park, near Ottery St Mary, Devon. The festival was founded by, and is managed by the band The Levellers and was first held in 2003. The festival has no corporate sponsorship or branding, leading to Virtual Festivals proclaiming it "the festival that sells out ... by not selling out". In 2011 Beautiful Days was pronounced "Best Family Festival" by the UK Festival Awards, later winning the "Grass Roots Festival Award" in 2015, as well as the "Best Medium Festival" award from FestivalKidz the same year. Every festival from 2003 to 2021 sold out in advance; although the 2020 festival was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The current capacity is 17,500.

Bearded Theory's Spring Gathering, also known as Bearded Theory, is an independent music festival which has no sponsorship or branding that takes place every May on the South Derbyshire, West Midland and Staffordshire border in the National Forest in Britain. The festival is organised by Bearded Theory and was first held in 2008. The festival has nine stages which are the large supernova type Main Stage, The Pallet, The Woodland, Magical Sounds, Showcase Stage The Maui Waui Stage, The Ship, Convoy Cabaret, Something Else Stage, Rogues Hideout and the festival also hosts a Cinema, Craft Village, Healing Area, smaller DJ venues, several public real ale bars, several cocktail or gin bars, Festival School, Children's Village and a Victorian Funfair. Tom at the Farm is a 2013 psychological thriller film directed by and starring Xavier Dolan. The film is based on the play of the same name by Michel Marc Bouchard, who co-wrote the screenplay with Dolan. It was screened in the main competition section at the 70th Venice International Film Festival in 2013, and also at the 2013 Toronto International Film Festival.
