Humrahi is a social drama series broadcast on Doordarshan network in the early 1990s. It was written by Manohar Shyam Joshi [1] [2] and directed by Kunwar Sinha. [3]

The series showed a family dealing with problems within their home and society. Himani Shivpuri made her debut in the negative role of Devaki Bhaujai (or Bhojai, another word for Bhabhi) [4] and her character was very popular. The show had an ensemble cast including Sadiya Siddiqui as Angoori, [5] Anang Desai, Gopi Desai, Mohan Bhandari and others.

The title song of the show was "Yahin kahin par hai, teri meri manzil".

The story was about three brothers and their interrelated families.

Suraj Ka Satvan Ghoda is a 1992 Indian Hindi film directed by Shyam Benegal and based on the novel The Sun's Seventh Horse by Dharmavir Bharati. Jurm (transl. Crime) is a 1990 Indian Hindi-language action film directed by Mahesh Bhatt and produced by Mukesh Bhatt. It stars Vinod Khanna, Meenakshi Sheshadri and Sangeeta Bijlani. Salim Khan wrote the story and script. The film was a critical and commercial success and was declared a "Hit" at the box-office. It is based on the 1987 movie Someone to Watch Over Me. Hasratein (Desires) is an Indian television soap opera that was telecast on Zee TV in the mid 1990s. It is based on the Marathi novel "Adhantari" by Late Shri Jaywant Dalvi. Hasratein focuses around successes of extra marital relationships. One of the main story is of Savi, a woman who leaves her husband and maintains an extra-marital relationship with another married man, with both their spouses being aware of the situation. Her actions were due to the fact that years ago, during her childhood, her mother left her father for a young man. The show emphasizes the societal strain placed on marriages in Indian culture, especially roles given to the female spouse resulting in boredom felt by the male spouse. Hasratein was one of the most popular television shows of the mid and late 1990s. According to Shubhra Gupta, film and television critic, the popularity of the serial "had made it a catalyst for the discussion of issues of marital discord, in spite of the embarrassment the serial generated for many people."

India Calling is an Indian television series that aired on Star One from 14 November 2005 to 5 October 2006. It starred Manasi Parekh,Pankit Thakker and Vipul Gupta in lead roles.

Dr. Madhumati On Duty is an Indian Hindi hospital based drama television series, which was premiered on 1 August 2016 and broadcast on SAB TV. The series was produced by Optimystix Entertainment owned by Vipul D Shah and it is aired on weekdays. The show was the second season of its previous show Dr. Bhanumati On Duty. The show was re launched as Kavita Kaushik announced on social media that she will be leaving the show, the show went off air. From 1 August, the show was relaunched as Dr. Madhumati On Duty. Kaushik left the show due to her character not developing, and the show being very similar to her previous show, F.I.R., and most dialogues were copied. She got replaced by Debina Bonnerjee.

Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2 is an Indian Hindi-language television series produced by Rashmi Sharma Telefilms. It aired from 19 October 2020 to 16 July 2022 on Star Plus.
