To train as a physiotherapist in Australia, someone typically has to complete one of the following: a four-year bachelor's degree in physiotherapy (potentially with the final year being treated as an honours year); a master's degree by coursework in physiotherapy; or an extended master's degree in physiotherapy (called a Doctor of Physiotherapy). Australian National University, Deakin University, Edith Cowan University, Murdoch University, Queensland University of Technology, Southern Cross University, Torrens University Australia, University of New England, University of the Sunshine Coast, University of Western Australia and the University of Wollongong do not offer any entry-level physiotherapy qualifications.

A Bachelor of Business is a three to four year undergraduate degree in the field of business offered by traditional and newer universities from the post-Dawkins era in Australia, New Zealand and Ireland. It is similar in format and structure to a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom).

A Bachelor of Medical Sciences (BMedSci, BMedSc, BSc(Med), BMSc) is an undergraduate academic degree involving study of a variety of disciplines related to human health leading to an in depth understanding of human biology and associated research skills such as study design, statistics and laboratory techniques. Such disciplines include biochemistry, cell biology, physiology, pharmacology or psychosocial aspects of health. It is an equivalent level qualification to the more commonly awarded Bachelor of Science (BSc). Graduates may enter a diverse range of roles including post-graduate study, higher education, the biotechnology industry, the pharmaceutical industry, consultancy roles, scientific communication, education or unrelated disciplines which make use of the broad range of transferable skills gained through this degree.
