Lubambo Musonda (born 1 March 1995) is a Zambian professional footballer who plays as a left winger for Danish Superliga club AC Horsens, and the Zambia national team.

Club career

Musonda has played for National Assembly, Power Dynamos and Ulisses. [2]

Following the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations, Musonda went on trial with FC Aktobe. [3]

In August 2015 Musonda signed for Gandzasar Kapan. [4] [5] [6] [7]

On 19 January 2019, Śląsk Wrocław announced the signing of Musonda on a one-and-a-half year contract, with the option to extend the contract for two additional years. [8] After two and a half years in Poland, Musonda joined Danish 1st Division club AC Horsens on 16 August 2021, signing a deal until June 2024. [9] In August 2023, Musonda joined Silkeborg IF on a one-year loan deal. [10]

On 27 May 2024, it was announced that Musonda would sign for German 2. Bundesliga club 1. FC Magdeburg on 1 July 2024. [11]

International career

At the youth level Musonda played in the 2015 African U-20 Championship, [12] scoring against Mozambique in its qualifiers, and the 2015 Africa U-23 Cup of Nations. [1]

Musonda made his senior international debut for Zambia in 2014. [2] In December 2014 he was named as part of Zambia's preliminary squad for the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations. [13]

The 2017–18 Armenian Cup was the 27th season of the football knockout competition in Armenia. The winners of the cup this season earned a place in the 2018–19 Europa League and would begin play in the first qualifying round. Shirak won the cup final in the previous season and were the defending champions.

The 2018 Armenian Cup Final was the 27th Armenian Cup Final, and the final match of the 2017–18 Armenian Cup. It was played at the Republican Stadium in Yerevan, Armenia, on 16 May 2018, and was contested by Gandzasar Kapan and Alashkert. It was Alashkert's first Cup final appearance, and Gandzasar Kapan's second, having lost to Pyunik in 2014. Gandzasar Kapan were victorious 4–3 on penalties after the game finished 0–0 in normal time and 1–1 after extra time, with Mihran Manasyan scoring for Alashkert and Lubambo Musonda scoring the equaled for Gandzasar Kapan.
