Tan Sri Lim Kit Siang is a retired Malaysian politician. Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin is the 18th public institution of higher learning, located in the state of Terengganu, Malaysia. He was appointed as Menteri Besar after Mukhriz Mahathir agreed to step down after losing majority support in the state assembly.
