Seth Unger

Seth Unger is a co-founder of NYC TV now called NYC Media, the network he and Arick Wierson launched in 2003 [1] while working for Mayor Michael Bloomberg. Among Unger's most notable accomplishments at the network is the creation of "Blueprint | NYC", a documentary series that highlights local architectural and historical interests in New York City. [2] In 2004, the series won five local New York Emmy Awards. Previous to joining NYC TV, Unger was an executive at Messenger Records, [3] later leaving to work as a campaign aide to Michael Bloomberg in 2001. Unger retired from NYC TV in 2006 to spend more time with his daughters.

He is a 1997 graduate of Columbia University. [4] He is married to wife Allison Jaffin, [5] a top aide to Mayor Bloomberg who followed him into politics from Bloomberg's eponymous financial and media empire, Bloomberg, LP. Together they have twin daughters [6]

In 2010, Wierson won an Emmy award for the documentary film Back Door Channels: The Price of Peace featuring former U.S. President Jimmy Carter and his work to bring peace between Israel and Egypt. Wierson first appeared on the national stage as a senior political advisor to former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg. Wierson has been described as "one of the most important people in New York media"

Secrets of New York is an American documentary television series created by Arick Wierson and presented by Kelly Choi. The series premiered on February 2, 2005 and is produced by NYC Media, the official public broadcast service of New York City. The show won six New York Emmy Awards in 2007 and five in 2008. Secrets of New York airs on WNYE-TV, WNBC and on PBS stations nationwide and has been recognized for its approach to the television documentary format. Each episode describes an aspect of the history of New York City, ending with one obscure fact presented as a "secret".

The Bridge is an American documentary television series chronicling the history of hip hop in New York City. The show airs weekly on WNYE in the New York City area. The show got its start in 2005 when NYC TV acquired broadcast station WNYE.

Kathryn Wylde is an American executive working in the non-profit industry. Since 2011, she has been the President and CEO of the Partnership for New York City, a non-profit that advocates with the city and state government on behalf of large businesses and their ultimate bottom line. The Partnership is funded almost exclusively through membership donations from over two hundred and fifty corporations in the city. Her work at the behest of these entities has been noteworthy throughout the last decade. In a late 2020 interview, she billed herself "the lone defender of the billionaires at this point". Indeed, the group's latest available IRS filings in Pro Publica show Wylde is a highly remunerated executive in the city and took in over $1.1 million as recently in 2018. Calvert Vaux Park is an 85.53-acre (34.61 ha) public park in Gravesend, Brooklyn, in New York City. Created in 1934, it is composed of several disconnected sections along the Belt Parkway between Bay 44th and Bay 49th Streets. The peninsula upon which the park is located faces southwest into Gravesend Bay, immediately north of the Coney Island Creek. The park was expanded in the 1960s by waste from the construction of the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge, and was renamed after architect Calvert Vaux in 1998. Sheena Wright is an American nonprofit executive who is the first woman president of the United Way of New York City. In August 2021, she was tapped as the chair of New York City mayor-elect Eric Adams' transition team. On December 20, 2021, it was announced that she would be the Deputy Mayor of Strategic Initiatives in the Adams administration. Despite multiple arrests and previous federal investigations, Wright was named First Deputy Mayor by Eric Adams on December 6, 2022 and began in January 2023.
