The 1994 Florida Gators baseball team represented the University of Florida in the sport of baseball during the 1994 college baseball season. The Gators competed in Division I of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and the Eastern Division of the Southeastern Conference (SEC). They played their home games at Alfred A. McKethan Stadium, on the university's Gainesville, Florida campus. The team was coached by Joe Arnold, who was in his 11th and final season at Florida.

He became the winningest coach in program history in 2021, surpassing Dave Fuller's 1975 record of 557 wins.

Joseph A. Arnold is an American former college and professional baseball coach. During his twenty-four seasons as a head coach, Arnold led the college baseball teams at Florida Southern College, the University of Florida, and Polk State College, and also served as the manager of two Class A minor league teams within the New York Yankees organization. Arnold was inducted into the National College Baseball Hall of Fame in Lubbock, Texas in March 2015.
