The 2005 CONCACAF U-20 Tournament was an eight nation competition arranged to decide which four nations were to qualify for the 2005 FIFA U-20 World Cup.

The United States U-23 men's national soccer team, also known as the United States men's Olympic soccer team, is a youth soccer team operated under the auspices of U.S. Soccer. Its primary role is qualification into and competition at the quadriennial Olympic Football Tournament, the next of which is to be held during the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, France. The team's most recent major tournament was the 2020 edition at the Tokyo Olympics, in which the United States team did not qualify. The Jamaica national under-20 football team is the national under-20 football team representing Jamaica and is controlled by the Jamaica Football Federation. The team qualified for the FIFA U-20 World Cup in 2001, and was second placed in the Pan American Games in 2007. It has also taken part in the CONCACAF Under-20 Championship and the CFU U-20 Tournament.

The 2011 CONCACAF Gold Cup is an official FIFA international football tournament to be held in United States from June 5 to June 25, 2011. The twelve national teams involved in the tournament are required to register a squad of 23 players, as stipulated in the CONCACAF Gold Cup Tournament Rules and Regulations; only players listed in these squads are eligible to take part in the tournament. The 2015 CONCACAF Men's Olympic Qualifying Championship was an international football tournament that was held in the United States from 1 and 13 October 2015. The eight national teams involved in the tournament were required to register a squad of twenty players, three of whom had to be goalkeepers.

This is a squad list for the 2019 CONCACAF U-17 Championship, the continental association football tournament for players under the age of 17. Each national team was allowed to choose twenty players to represent their country in the tournament. All players born on or after 1 January 2002 were eligible to play the tournament.
