The 2015 Pittsburgh Riverhounds season was the club's sixteenth season of existence. It is the Riverhounds' fifth season playing in the United Soccer League, and the club's third season hosting matches at soccer-specific Highmark Stadium.

The 2015 Rochester Rhinos season was the club's twentieth season. It was the Rhinos fifth-consecutive year in the third tier of American soccer, playing in the United Soccer League Eastern Conference.
