The 2019 iHeartRadio Music Awards was held at Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on March 14, 2019, and was broadcast live on Fox. Ariana Grande and Ella Mai were the most awarded artists, each winning three iHeartRadio Music Awards on the night. Cardi B led the list of nominees with 14 nominations, [1] [2] followed by Drake with eight. [3] T-Pain, who won The Masked Singer, hosted the show.

The iHeartRadio Music Awards is a music awards show that celebrates music heard throughout the year across iHeartMedia radio stations nationwide and on iHeartRadio, iHeartMedia's digital music platform. Founded by iHeartRadio in 2014, the event recognizes the most popular artists and music over the past year. Winners are chosen per cumulative performance data, while the public is able to vote in several categories.

The iHeartRadio Music Award for Best Music Video is one of the awards handed out at the yearly iHeartRadio Music Awards. It was first awarded in 2017 and presented to Fifth Harmony for their song "Work From Home". Cardi B is the most nominated artist in this category, with a total of six nominations. BTS are the most awarded artist with four wins, all of which were done consecutively.

The iHeartRadio Music Award for Male Female of the Year is one of the former awards handed out at the yearly iHeartRadio Music Awards. It was first awarded in 2016 and presented to Taylor Swift. In 2023, it was discontinued and replaced by the all-gender category Artist of the Year. Swift is the most awarded artist in this category, with a total of two wins. Swift and Ariana Grande are the most nominated artists in this category, with a total of five nominations each.
